"Finally, as a conclusion I would like to say that this project would be a definite hit if we collaborate and bring it into action. Thank you," with that Lu Han concluded his speech. There were applause form everyone in the room and Lu Han smirked,"as always I am the best," he thought. He walked down the podium and shook hands with the FX CEO, who was very happy with his presentation. Lu Han already knew that he had the project before the FX CEO announced it to the entire board. Cameras flashed, reporters pointed their mikes at them, but they simply smiled at them and walked out. Lu Han managed to grab the headline at the tomorrow's newspapers yet again. After a private meeting with the FX CEO, Lu Han headed to his office, he was not surprised to see his vice president and his best friend Su Ho sitting comfortably on the sofa grinning at him. "I see that you were able to make the headlines again," he said. Lu Han simply shrugged and sat in front of him. He propped his feet on the coffee table and relaxed,"God! I am so dead tired!" he exclaimed. "Its not like you have fun with your wife," Su Ho chuckled. Lu Han gave him a blank stare,"the party was damn tiring yesterday man! You were damn lucky to escape it and all that pretense," he shook his head,"I am tired of all this men!" "So why the hell did you get married. I mean I get it, there was profit, but you could have got that form any business deal. Why destroy the life of an innocent girl?" "Innocent!" he deadpanned,"who? Hash? My foot! She is far from being innocent. It was just today that I nearly managed to duck from a flying plate," he hissed. Su Ho laughed out loud, he just couldn't help it. Picturing it in his head made him roll on the floor. "Of course you wouldn't know, after all you are a very happy bachelor. You would know what it is like to be married to a nut crack, on the day you get married," he said with venom in his voice, clearly feeling jealous at the fact that his best friend was still single and free. "So why don't you two get a divorce?" he asked between huge laughs. Lu Han could have happily killed his best friend, controlling himself,"just get the hell out!" "Ok, ok," he said getting up,"I surrender. God! You are just like a wall. Wonder how that poor soul survives," he said walking out. Lu Han sighed, and yet again he was successful in escaping probing questions. He couldn't help it, he was just made like this or made himself to be so. Today morning was just too much, and his mother is starting to get on his nerves. He knew that Hash couldn't help it, but then he couldn't imagine how in the world she thought to talk about it. They both knew that their marriage was not a thing which should have taken place, but circumstances made it happen, so why in the world did she bring out that topic. Lu Han sighed, he knew that Hash was not having the time of her life in this marriage, but so is he. "So why don't you two get a divorce?" his friend's voice played in his head and destroy Hash's life completely he thought angrily. He can never do that. He already knew what type of people that live in this society and to make Hash be a victim of it was just outrageous. She was already refusing meals. Lu Han shuddered to think what she would do if they got a divorce. "Sir," his thoughts were stopped midway by his secretary,"you have to get ready to visit the new mall." He stood up and looked at his watch, true to her words it was already time,"I'll be down in 10, get my car ready." "Sure sir." The new mall; Liberty was the latest project of Lu Han's, as expected it was receiving the highest possible profit. Today was his first visit and he hoped that everything would go smoothly until..... he saw his wife........ with Se Hun. He frowned, he didn't have any problem with them being friends and all that, after all they were childhood friends, but he did mind the fact that they were together out in the open. Anyone would have thought them to be lovers. He frowned once again at that thought, he didn't like that one bit. He looked at them again, but, this time they were nowhere to be seen. He scanned the mall and caught them at the Dior shop. He quietly walked up to the shop, forgetting the fact that he was already being followed by his secretary and two guards. He peeked from the window shop and saw that they were arguing over an expensive looking men's watch. Lu Han couldn't properly see them,so he moved a bit towards the door when suddenly Se Hun turned towards the door, Lu Han ducked in time to avoid his look, but he couldn't do it discreetly because when he ducked he sent an advertisement stand flying, clattering across the hall, making heads turn and eyes curious. "s**t!" he swore and quickly got up and hurriedly walked in the opposite direction without a so much of a backward glance. He rounded up the corner and headed straight to the washroom. He propped himself on the wall and let out a breath of relief. He didn't know what has gotten in to him, for him to do such an absurd deed. He walked up to the sink and splashed some water on to his face hoping that he would be wide awake from this dilemma. Shrugging himself from the shocked state he strutted out of the washroom as if nothing happen. His secretary; Kim Shi Woo, who knew him very well, kept her mouth shut and trying very hard to restrain a laugh. He once again walked past the shop hoping to see them, but he wasn't that lucky. Once again they had disappeared into oblivion, scanning the entire mall he found them on the second floor. He noticed that Hash was making heads turn for her rippling laugh that rang through the mall. Lu Han felt a pang of jealousy, he stole stealthy glances at her, it did not do him any justice. Instead he wanted to drag her home, away from Se Hun, away from all those looks from the men but his feet didn't allow him to budge. His heart wanted to, but his ego didn't allow him hence his feet. He stood rooted to the spot, starring at them as they headed into yet another shop. Kim Shi Woo felt bad for her boss, but she couldn't do anything, after all she is a mere secretary. She walked up to Lu Han, "sir, it's time to leave." Lu Han broke his gaze at the second floor and looked at her, "what did you say?" "Sir, its time to leave." "I know that!" he said rudely and brushed past her. He walked up to his car, ordered the chauffeur to come out. The chauffeur looked at him surprised as he pushed him away and got into the car and raced past them. The chauffeur looked at Shi Woo for an answer. "It's one of those days," she simply said and got into the car, "get in," she said to the chauffeur, "or else you won't be able to get back to the office." Lu Han drove around the city for hours, skipping all the meetings. It was almost eight in the night when he stopped right in front of the place.
