But this message was not convincing to the citizens, and so they disobeyed, President carlton got angry and made his decision permanent. Everyone in the country was not pleased by his legal decision, and as such, they began a protest. When the matter was out of control and all the members of the government committee stated complaining about how the protest was endangering them, though he wanted to abide by his decision did not have any other choice but to back down. President carlton announced a meeting with the committee and told them that if they wanted him to remove his legal decision, then they must abide by the conditions he set aside, he told them that the plan he had in mind was to create a village at the extreme of the country and for any parents who want to born much will their children be taken to and they will have no other option but to be left with two of their children while the rest will be taken away to Tange village.
