Words crept out of his dead mouth, shared and echoed by the souls in chants that formed spells. Tongues of fire encircled his arms and gusts of energy started appearing in front of him.   Arthax ran forward, dragging his gigantic sword. Sentrik trailed him like a shadow. The mage unleashed the fiery orb. Karadra reached out and released a shock wave, pushing the remaining three out of the blast’s range. Their bodies landed haphazardly left and right.   The powerful blast singed Arsik’s sides and the captain’s back. Sentrik fell face-down on the steps.   Arthax’s sword arced down towards the mage. The blade ricocheted on invisible energy. The dragon’s body was hurled backwards with tremendous force; he flew over the steps and thudded on the ground behind the others, scraping his skin.
