The crew passed through the gate and a whole world was revealed before them. Shipwrecks, countless shipwrecks decorated the landscape with broken vessels gnawed by time. Sails and masts intertwined like lovers’ legs between dry rocks; a waterless deep surrounded by the loss of centuries. Here was where every ship ended up. Thick wooden boards from thousands of decks, holds, and rooms that’d hosted crews of seafarers, pirates, warriors and lovers; all were there, scattered in front of them. The sight horrified them.
