As border collies go, Dog didn’t look all that different from other dogs of that same breed. His fur was both black and white, with smaller puppy ears that laid flat against his head. The black covered both eyes and either side of the face and head, with the white color creating an hourglass shape on his face. The lighter color continued onto the front paws and forward half, with the black taking over the back half all the way down to the back feet, which turned white just like the front feet. Dog’s longer hair made him look like a big ball of fluffy energy as he jumped and attacked anything that moved, especially the baby rattles that Spencer had purchased for $2.99 at Barb’s Pet Store in town.
