The Apogian War

Graves throttled, bones creaked, branches cracked as the undead army of Darkovan walked into the gates of the Apog domain,

"ring the bells, rise rise the enemy has come for us" the the young Imperial Knight shouted across the barracks, Darkovan at the center of his army, white eyes with both his swords at hand the silhouet and straight blade, at hand ready, 'lord of light he is here, rise you babies, take in arms for the battle has begone'

Darkovan could hear from where he stood as the armies regrouped and shouts followed by screams came, ' if I were attacking you wouldn't even see me comming' Darkovan thought with a smirk on his face,

"Raise the barriers, stand at a ready, inform our lord, for he wouldn't want to miss the fight' the Knights thought this funny as they giggled with restrained laughter at the young Imperial Knights joke,

Finally Ausburn and Faltron, hand in han flew down from the castles guard house, and towards Darkovan,

Darkovan I have known you for quite a time, and I wish to know that you still keep to the laws of battle as you uphold the laws of the domain' Faltron said with a fright pleading look in her eyes, she had known Darkovan for quite a while when she were little,

"The time of war is not nigh, and yet you come, to what have ye come nigh for" Ausburn said clenching his fist,

Darkovan eyes fixed on Ausburn walked towards him until the mist which surrounds him, where been extinguished by Ausburn's flames and said,

"I have not come neh before time for war Ausburn, but of what ye know I have come for"

" And to what will that be Darkovan' Ausburn said with an unshaken look,

"I have but recieveed what you will call an Apogians plebeian, I am ye sure you also did,'

" And if I have? Ausburn asked placidly

" Then u shal,,,,l

'What might they be gesting at this tense hour' the young Imperial Knight wondered as parharps all the other Knights

",,,,,,,Attend Walpurgis as will u also' Darkovan said turning his gleare towards Faltron,

"So be it" Ausburn said, clenching his fangs,

Immediately these words came out Darkovan was no more, the undead army was no more to be seen too,

"What, how, where, the Imperial Knights had withnessed once again another disappointment, and loss of moral,

"Retire to your quarters " the young Imperial Knight shouted, disappointed murmurs all round the group's as they grudgingly went back to the barracks

"Yours truly, I am mostly glad we didn't fight, save the s*******r of our men and women, Ausburn began, staring at the night stars as he spoke with Faltron,

I believe so, yours truly, surely it would have been a slaghter,

"Lord of light guild our master, Poseidon said

"Hope this does not turns into a s*******r, Clover exclaimed with a frietened look

'I surely hope not ' Poseidon said under his breath,

Posiedon was tying in their materials for the journey in a Pula bag, when suddenly, a whirl wind blew past a d suddenly,

*Lord of light!!!, Lord Dark,,,,oh,,,,,vann!!, I didn't know, save you haven't gone for your trip?" Posiedon asked inquisitively,

Darkovan turned from where he had been staring and said

"Save thy mumble, Posiedon, Darkovan paused and stared around the inn again, 'what has happened Poseidon who, save you and Posiedon has came to the inn?"

Darkovan stared intently at him, the dark mist slowly forming around him, when suddenly 'Plap' they shook hands, the ones Posiedon slowly deforming into a huge figure, thunder sparks frikled out of the reshaped form, broad chested, an amour of blue, his eyes filled with tiny thunder bolts, his helmet had three horns and at his right hand a staff,

They had conversed for only about a few seconds,

"Farewell my friend' Darwin said as he was no more, 'cluck, cluck

"Click chuck, the continuous banging on the inns closet doors reminded him that Clover and Poseidon were locked in,

The strooled towards the door and removed the lock, smiling at himself,

Clover jerked out head first into the ground, as Posiedon looked with disbelief at Darkovan,

"My l,,,ord you have re,,, ,.re ,,turned,, " Posiedon said shakingly

"I most definitely have Darkovan replied"

Clover turned confusingly at both of them, like he wasn't awere what was happening right in front of him and burst out, " lord Darkovan we were attacked, fast the imposer, must not have gone too far and he deemed have strange a power as yours, fast we must give chase, for he might have not strayed afar"

" At ease Clover, the intruder had but no harmful intension, he deemed only my presense while taking those measures, he gestured pointing at the closet they had been in.

"Carry ye your belongings we head to panthera (the top of the peak),

'why, how, the mission, ' they asked

"We head there for Walpurgis,

WALPURGIS

A tall elfin stood across the table and ushered the Apogees and to their seats and each of their attendants beside them, each Apogee was required to bring two attendants along, and of cause Darkovan with Clover and Poseidon, Ausburn with the young Imperial Knight, Faltron with two of her soilders, the rest of the Apogees each with one or two of their attendants,

The tall elfin signalled, as all the Apogees took their sest and the attendant behind them, then said

" I shall begin the introductions;

'Ausburn the first,ruler of the Ausburn domain, known to the people of his domain as the Red Apogee, because of his control over fire, volcanoes and fire demons.

Hardias the second, the ruler of the Hardias domain,was known as the Earth Apogee, because of his excessive use of brute force in an armour made of earth,and his control over earth.

Faltron the third, ruler of the Falcon domain,the only female ruler,was known as the falcon Apogee,she earned her name during battle where she fought her enemies while flying and shooting them sharp metals that where attached to her wings.

Golden the fourth, known as the Gold Apogee,ruler of the Golden domain,a domain made with more of gold than earth or wood, enriched with gold that filled it's mines,he earned his name,the Gold Apogee because of his looks rather than actions, which were always glittering with pure gold,his armies armour were also made of gold.

Coltus the fifth, the Cold Apogee, ruler of the Coltus domain, where it's people lived in a very cold environment, and still survived nevertheless.Coltus was known for his control of ice,and the legendary Vikings.

As it were Darwin's turn the elfin had a snug look as did the other Apogees save Darkovan

Darwin the sixth,the Arch Apogee,the ruler of the Darwin domain,known to many mainly for his unsurfaced identity,and his rumoured affinity for thunder.

Lastly, Darkovan the seventh, ruler of the Darkovan domain, known as the Dark Apogee and to many as the dark mastermind, and to few, known for his legendary control of the living dead.

These are all the rulers of the domains of Vandartha.'

The elfin bowed and took some steps backward, then Darkovan stood and said,

" I thank ye all who took meaning and audience for this day, I shall bit not for the bush, but with haste get to the point, but firstly there is an issue which must and shall be made to knowledge and solution today,

The Red Apogee, Ausburn went against the great law of Vandartha by getting married to the falcon Apogee, Faltron, forming the Apog domain,

Surely I do stand against this, as I am sure ye do also, for those who shall derail from the laws shall be punished by the laws, and ye all knows that the die shall be throne and if bid the vote be cast"

the Apogees mumured among themselves and nodded in accordance, Faltron grip had tightened against Ausburn arms, and Ausburns heat grew more intense.

The elfin stepped once again forward and brought out a white die with dark margins indicating numbers,

"I do hope non has forgotten how the does are cast, well for the people's sake I shall say, the die shall be throne thrice, if bid a one, twice the vote shall be cast, but if ne then punishment awaits" the elfin spoke with intending boldness which held no fear, the dice launched high into the air, Ausburns mouth twitched and it landed on a one, Faltron's face had only lightened but for a time, when the second dice was cast, It suspended in the air for almost a minute as both Darkovan and Ausburns mouth were both twitching, Ausburn glanced beside at Faltron and lost syncaa it landed on two, he gripped her tightly this time as the elfin announced the last throw of the dice,

All the Apogians sigh, and fru,,, ,,uuu,,,, ,uppppp it went high in the air and suspended there, all the attendants stared curiously at it, the dice wavered and hovered on the air, suspended at midfloat, then it fell, to everyones suprise, even Ausburn, it landed at one, DARKOVAN SMILED, the elfin moved forward and said, "the lord of light has deemed it, the Apog domain hense from this moment has been formed,

Darkovan smiled again and thought" it isn't over Ausburn' he then stood once again and said, 'The APOGIAN has awakened,

' impossible came golden with a distrusting look at Darkovan, he turned around to see the other Apogees butall had a sorry look on their faces, golden sat back down again, then Darkovan continued, As we might have all known of the Apogians power, except some dont' he glanced at golden, who smuged back at him,

It is said the Apogian has the power to take us all back in time with a different personality,tho it is rumoured that traces of your personality shall follow you,

'When!!, shouted Ausburn shall it began, I have but no answer to give at this moment but I believe anytime now,,,,,,,, the Apogees were dumdstruck as they all thought_' thier powers, their status, what shall happen when the time is turned to the dark ages, well what will be shall be,
