I was the first one to wake up the next day, I felt stronger, faster. Something seemed different. Not just about me, but about all of us. The four of us were connected in ways that I couldn't even imagine.
I watched my sleeping mate cuddled up with Courtland. Skull wasn't in the room, so I'm guessing he was downstairs or went for a run. I decided that I needed to get up and shower and make some breakfast for everyone. Hopefully this heat was over with. I hated to see Anna suffer so much.
