chapter 1
Lilian felt a sharp pain in her head, a very intense pain. She also felt a bit cold because the wind was blowing and rain was falling on him.
Snow? She thought in confusion. Why was snow falling on her? Shouldn't she be in a Cave?
After taking a deep breath, she immediately determined that she was not in a Cave, nor was she in that deep mountain forest below the Cliff.
"Hey, are you okay?"
"Looking at him like this, she must have fainted, right?"
"Why is this person lying in the middle of the road?"
"Maybe she drank too much?"
"This is too dangerous. She's simply not taking her own life seriously!"
Listening to the voices around him, Liliana slowly opened her eyes to a c***k. Although her vision was a bit blurry, she could still vaguely see a crowd surrounding him. She had been blind for so many years; how could she possibly see? She must still be in a dream; she should wake up quickly. Thinking this, Liliana fell back into unconsciousness... The day after Liliana woke up, she was picked up from the Hospital and brought home. She sat leaning against the headboard, looking at the familiar room in his memory over and over again, then squinted at the sunlight outside the window in a daze. She hadn't seen anything with her eyes for many years. After being blind for so long, she now deeply felt that the feeling of being able to see was truly wonderful.
She never expected that after waiting and waiting for fifteen years, what she would wait for was actually rebirth—a chance to start over. She had returned to a time when everything could still be fixed. When she woke up in the Hospital, she confirmed that this was not a dream, so she cried for a long time. The Nurse thought that she was in pain somewhere and called the doctor to re-examine him.
Just as he was enjoying the sensation of being able to see, the door to the room was suddenly pushed open slowly. Liliana turned to look and immediately felt a surge of anger, as if someone were squeezing her neck, making it difficult to breathe.
"Lily, are you okay?" Victoria asked, looking at her with a worried and anxious expression.
Liliana just looked at him expressionlessly, without answering.
"I received a call from my mom while I was Abroad. I heard you were hit by a car and admitted to the Hospital. It scared me to death, so I rushed back early." Victoria walked to the bedside and sat down, looking at Liliana with concern. "How do you feel now? Does your head still hurt?”
