I continued Jogging and my mind was so troubled that I almost got hit by a car twice. I couldn't focus. There's a probability I'm pregnant for Aaron who I just rejected.

I just won't stop making dumb decisions. I sat on the pavement to process the whole thing and call Celina.

She didn't pick up and I jogged down to their house across the road.

She wasn't there. I went back home, had a shower and curled under my blanket.

My phone alarm woke me up and written boldly on the screen is “LUNA ALIGNMENT”

It's going to be a long day. I took my bath and went into my parents room to look for them. Nobody was at home.

I was so hungry and I went to the fridge to check if my mom made food. Luckily for me, she did. I put it in the microwave, set the timer and waited. I took a lot of junk from the freezer.

I decided to read about pregnancy on Google to confirm if I was really pregnant. I couldn't get the test kit from the pharmacy because the owner knew my Parents.

“Cravings” I read it out loud and looked at the microwave. I usually don't eat breakfast. Now I feel like eating the whole freezer. I already ate a full Pringles and still wasn't satisfied.

“Nausea” I vomit once or twice daily. I typed in related pregnancy symptoms in werewolves and to my dismay.

“Better Hearing!” I screamed, it's why my Alarm was too loud.

The microwave stopped and I took my time while eating. My phone rang mid way and it was Celina. She's coming to pick me up.

I stood in line, Celina and Madeline behind me. The line was very long and it's moving slowly. Aaron sat across, right beside the elders. He wore a heavy frown.

“I don't know why he's pissed” Celina whispered to Madeline and I heard clearly, the pregnancy hormones are kicking off.

It was my turn and I stepped in the circle, the single men all had their eyes on me and they started whispering, I could see my dad wearing a ‘proud daddy’ smile on the table. My mom wasn't in sight.

Pyramis screamed and held my hand suddenly, he is the oldest elder in the clan, he looked deep into my eyes for minutes and I held my gaze. He touched my stomach and sighed.

My heart was beating fast because I believe he knows I'm pregnant and might reveal it. My parents still thought I was a virgin. Aaron doesn't know the ‘fling’ has a fruit yet neither does Celina.

He placed a feather on my head and threw it up. The feather didn't go down and stopped right before touching the floor, he did it two more times and it was the same.

The crowd started murmuring because it was supposed to disappear right before touching the floor. It didn't disappear nor touch the floor.

He started a weird dance and accessed all the men.

“Your Alpha is not here!”

I looked around the room, I knew It wasn't working because of the pregnancy.

Suddenly, Pyramis jumped up and ran towards the elders, he accessed them one after the other and finally stopped right in front of Aaron.

The crowd was murmuring loudly now. He walked around Aaron in circles a lot of times that we lost count.

Then he held Aaron's hand and lifted it upwards. He looked at me and said,

“This is your soulmate”

The crowd went wild, I saw my Father waking majestically towards Aaron and they shook hands like men. It means he has accepted him.

Aaron and I made eye contact and I saw a different person. He had a grin, a devilish one.

I felt someone hold my hand and it was Celina. She held my hand and we struggled our way out of the room, slowly.

“She jumped on me immediately we were out of the room and hugged me tightly”

“Hey, don't kill me now” I said jokingly and she released me.

“We're family now” she screamed

“We've always been family,” I replied solemnly.

Her smile disappeared suddenly and she looked me in the eyes.

“Are you not happy? It's what you've always wanted”

“Of course I'm happy” I tried to force a smile.

I know I was walking into a trap, I don't trust him and I'm not so sure he does like me.

I like him, he confessed his love and I rejected him. I know I suck at making decisions but it's too late to fix up.

“Aaron is looking for you,” Celina said immediately as she picked a call.

I saw him come out from a building, he walks with so much pride and elegance.

“I'm pretty sure this didn't turn out how you wanted,” he frowned.

“What do you mean?” I acted dumb.

“I do not like you, you are a w***e who sleeps around with men!”

I felt a loud bang in my head, it seemed I didn't hear him right, ‘did he just call me a w***e?’

I've only had s*x once in my life and it was with him, I'm even carrying his child.

I didn't say anything to him. He kept looking at me as if he was waiting for me to flare up and slap him, I didn't.

I know life is about to get tougher for me. My soulmate is a man who doesn't love me, I'm pregnant for this same man.

All my years of waiting for my soulmate have gone rogue. I can't even tell my parents.

I left him standing on the spot, still waiting for my reply which he's never getting and walked slowly into the dark street.
