chapter 3

Moby-

i hid in my room the rest of the day Alexander was excited about finding and telling me about our new mate.

"Alexander how do you know shes our mate? she didn't have the smell everyone talks about? i asked questionably at him. damn pup was jumping all over in my mind and said in a sing song voice

     "because the moon goddess told me and the reason why she didn't smell yet is because shes a week away from becoming age to find her mate!" he answered gleefully great just what i needed a mate that is 6 years younger than me f**k how did the moon goddess mess this up feeling discouraged Alexander jumped in with more details about her

         "you big old goof we met her before when you where just a child you use to play with her" he said in a matter of fact tone 

shocked i tried to draw up the memories "when was this Alexander", i demanded wanting to know more about my mate.

"Alpha met his mate in the orphanage! Alexander exclaimed 

*flash back *

"mommy i don't wanna come to work with you though, i wanna stay and play with my trucks in the sandbox daddy built" , little Moby whined trying to pull his hand away from his mothers steal grip pulling him out of the taxi.  He was 8 years old that summer and Mobys' father built him a sandbox for his birthday but since either of his parents were able to find a babysitter little Moby was forced to go along to work with his mother. He always complained about going since it was a human orphanage and they never had any  cool toys to play with but that day while him and his mother got through the door a nun came running towards them informing them someone just dropped off a little red head girl 2 years old. 

     Mobys' mother encouraged moby to go play with the little girl since she was frighted the second Moby laid eyes upon her he had a wave of protectiveness wash over him.   Him and baby Nikki played for hours till him mother told him it was time to go but by than little Moby thrown a fit because he didn't wanna leave the little curly haired girl behind.

 His mother promised him they could come back tomorrow and play but next day but when they showed up baby Nikki was adopted out. For weeks Little Moby cried but eventually forgot about his encounter with Little Nikki.

*flash back end*

Alexander said in a calm tone for once after seeing Nikki "you loved her before and you will love her now you always know she was your mate deep down it just took you till now to actually find her and i promise you boy we will not lose our mate!"

"we shall love and protect her from now on" promised moby
