Wrongly loving a girl and marrying another makes them end up acting, that is the marriage that happened between Devano Herdian and Aluna Varetta. In fact, they continued to act, until one day Aluna became pregnant because Devano was almost depressed because he felt betrayed by Amanda, came home drunk and deliberately forced Aluna until they finally made love.

Being pregnant until the birth of their child made Aluna also not change anything and still think that they were still acting. For years they continued to act with the warmth and happiness they lived bigger and more unaware, even though their original intention was only because they wanted their family to feel calm.

"Our son is almost in school, Aluna, you never got pregnant again, hmm?"

Aluna looked at her husband who just asked then smiled softly. "I routinely take contraceptive drugs all this time because for me only one is enough, pity him later if for example this charade relationship is discovered. He will be sad if he knows that his parents' love has been fake."

Devano was surprised to hear his wife's words. The charade marriage, he just remembered that. He thought their relationship was going better, without any theatrics. But in fact, this charade still happened. No wonder, Aluna never wanted to bother and demand a lot from him.

Chapter 1
"We became husband and wife because of this damn past arranged marriage! Then your father forced us to get married, and so did my parents. I don't fully accept this marriage but if you want to live with it, that's fine too. One way," said a man on their first night of marriage. The girl who had become his wife lifted her gaze, looking at him with a tired face after a long day of partying. "What's the way, Devano?" "We can have a charade wedding, I don't want my good name to be ruined, my parents will be embarrassed and feel guilty. We can have a fake marriage, forever, because I don't love you at all." Aluna breathed slowly and got up. She looked at the face of her husband, a well-known CEO in their city and also a business colleague of her family and now had to be trapped in marriage with him. Devano Herdian, this man's real name. "No deadline?" Devano looked at her. "No, Amanda has decided to marry another man and leave me because I have to be trapped in a marriage with you. She is my first love, she wouldn't be happy with someone else being her husband right now and neither would I and you. So, just enjoy being my wife, just don't ever consider you my wife completely." Aluna could only remain silent hearing the words of the man who had become her husband. Although it was a shocking thing, but Aluna really couldn't expect much from their marriage. They were married because of their parents' request, she didn't even have feelings for this man at all but she had to do it anyway because they were matched. Devano was seen taking a blanket from the closet then walked towards the bed and sat there. Aluna could only catch her breath, not knowing what to do because this room was Devano's room. If only she was at his house it would be easier, but she was also newly married where she would probably be allowed to go home tonight. "You are free to sleep anywhere, in bed or anywhere else. The important thing is that you are comfortable but I hope that in front of our parents, never show that I don't accept you. Understood?" Aluna just nodded and walked towards the bed because she felt tired. "Use this blanket, we don't need one blanket." After saying that, Devano lay down on her side and slept just like that. Aluna could only sit there, pulling the blanket and lying on her back looking at the ceiling of the room. It was all too soon but she had known Devano for years. She had also known that they would be matched but thought that it was probably just a joke. Who would have expected everything to come true now? Aluna was not accepted by her husband because Devano thought that it was not Aluna the girl who would be matched with him, there was another girl who was closer to his family first but apparently only he thought that the girl would become his wife. Amanda Sessyla, Devano's first love, he was wrong to love people because he didn't know who the girl he was married to was, he also didn't really care because he thought more about his feelings. That's why when he found out that Aluna was his wife, disappointment was so great in his heart, making Devano have to feel heartache like this. "Theatrics, until when? I don't know how to act. Oh God, if there is another way, please separate us." Aluna looked at her husband's back, the CEO she knew well in the company had been her husband and his attitude had changed so much. They were not given a choice, married just like that because of an agreement years ago. Aluna should not be here, she had also refused but the arranged marriage was irreversible, so now she could only accept the fact of being an unwanted wife. *** Aluna opened the door of the house, welcoming Devano who had just returned from jogging. They were in Devano's big mansion who had been living alone here, after waking up this morning they had moved here after Devano's parents' house. Now that their belongings were still a little messy, Aluna was packing them well to make them feel comfortable. "I cooked earlier," Aluna said when she saw that the man was just silent and opened the watch to put it on the table. "You want to eat at home or wherever is also up to you, we are only two so whether you want to act or not is also free." Aluna was still having trouble with this charade, but as a charade wife and a sensitive person she had already seen Devano's big temper. She didn't want to cause trouble and create that anger, so she could only obey whatever Devano wanted. "Cook what?" Aluna walked to the back following the man who became her husband. "Mommy gave me the ingredients for breakfast this morning. Last night's wedding also made Mommy and Daddy eat from outside cuisine, so I was given ingredients that could be cooked. I made shrimp and spaghetti, because Mommy said that you really like eating food like this," Aluna said, making Devano speechless. He looked at the food in front of him, before taking a plate and filling it himself with the food. As he started to eat, he stopped chewing when he felt the food was delicious. "You cooked it yourself?" Aluna nodded slowly. "It's not that good, is it? I haven't cooked for a long time so if it tastes less I apologize. I tried to make it according to my taste earlier, so it might be different from your tongue," she said with a serious face. Devano looked at the face of the girl he married last night, still quite young, but there was also a mature nature that radiated so well in his eyes. Aluna was beautiful, what made Devano unable to accept it was because she was not Amanda. "Uh, don't eat it if it's not good, Devano." Aluna held Devano's hand which was about to feed the food back into her mouth. "It's not good, no need to force it." Devano looked at Aluna then removed the girl's hand from his spoon. "I didn't say it wasn't good," he said while bribing the food. "At least I can eat it, it's not that bad." Aluna sighed softly, then nodded. She took a seat in front of Devano, making him stare at her until Aluna got up again. "Oh, I forgot this is just an act. Don't worry, I'll eat on the backyard seat." Devano paused, not having time to intervene but Aluna was already walking away with a plate. The man sighed heavily, not knowing what to do because why did he have to marry that girl instead of the girl he wanted? His face looked tangled, he could not accept the fact that he was now a husband. Although in front of people he might be a bad husband, but maybe he wouldn't be like this if the one he married was Amanda. Rubbing his face, Devano was confused. "What is the future of this marriage? There's no way I should accept it just because she's good at cooking, right?”
