Chapter 12

Instant sparks run up my arm. I am a space to that feeling. Completely and utterly distracted by the feel. Eventually I look up into his blue eyes.

“ I’m John snow. I am a black assassin wolf for the moon goddess. Please don’t be alarmed. I only do good and hurt the bad. You are safe” John tells me while looking into the depths of my soul through my eyes.

“ I am Ashley Williams. Maiden last name. I have a 5 year old from my ex mate Marcus. And I will kill to keep her safe. I work with computers as a medical coder. But as you know I’m on the run to keep us safe” I riddle off looking at him back in the eye.

“I know all that about you my gorgeous mate. The moon goddess told me all about you a week before we met in my dreams. She said that you were special to her and were destined to greatness. That it was my job to protect you from now on. When she told me she didn’t tell me you were my mate. But now it makes complete sense.

Won’t you let me in?” John then looks at my empty coffee up. My eyes follow the movement. I sigh, turn and pray my golden nectar is done brewing.

To my happy surprise it is. John gives me a few minutes letting me taste and to wake up more.
