The Husband and His Husband and the Adopted Kid You get the point, but if you ask me, those titles fall flat. However, better romance titles are ones that capture the themes of the story itself (Fallen From the Stars, my book, is about a man who supposedly “fell from the stars”). Other examples: The Tender Chef’s Hands (the focus on how cooking plays a large role in their lives). A Child’s Love (the theme could be about how the child loves the men unconditionally when they both had doubts within themselves and for each other). A Walk in Autumn (both the men love to take walks in during Autumn and it’s always this time of year that they “discover” something about each or something new about theirselves) I’m assuming that this is a sweet love story—no kinky stuff or even s*x scenes are treated with gloves. Otherwise, your title should have a bit of an “edge” to it, but you have to be careful, because you don’t want to pick a title that comes across as gay erotica and it’s really a love story. That will make your reader want to throttle your neck.
