It's been a difficult week.
Hell, that sounds like an understatement.
Matt spent all of his time with Rose. They needed that, as a newly mated couple, it was crucial for them to do so and, as his alpha, I could not let Matt sacrifice his happiness like that. We decided that it would be best for them to spend this time away from the pack and the others, just two of them in the cabin in the woods. A perfect romantic getaway.
This was great, and I was happy for Matt, but him being away meant that I was more or less leading my pack alone. I haven't taken care of all this alone a few times, but most of the time we are both here or Matt is the one doing all this.
