Chasing after YOU

I hear a voice from miles away as someone calls out my name. Everything was distorted and I starred across the streets with utter silence. I heard the rain as it poured out and the cars as they pass by, I take a deep breath in smelling the burnt coffee and the baked garlic bread and across the seat was my date. "Marie-Anne a... Are you okay?" He asked with concern. "Mmm" I said gaining my thoughts back. I had gone completely silent and lost deeply in my thoughts. "You seem kind of quiet. You are not talking as much as you did a just a second ago. So I thought I would just ask if you're okay" he said. "Mmm, yeah I'm fine, I'm okay. I was just thinking about the rain pouring out and you and I in bed watching a movie and tucked in with some cozy blankets." I said with a smile "Wow! And you thought all of that in a short period of time?" He said as he smiled at me as he wiped ketchup off of my face. I swear he is so handsome with a huge heart. And I am a sucker for christian dudes, and I could swear that in all he does he loves God. I love that in a guy. I took some time to look at him. (Gorgeous blonde hair with blue ocean eyes and the face whoa! His body is muscular that almost anything he wears you will fall in love!) Btw he is taller than me. The guy could easily take me out with his gorgeous smile with those huge dimples. We gazed into each other's eyes forgetting everything else in the world. I could feel my heart rapidly beating and my stomach filled with butterflies. And I could see his face getting closer to mine. "Oh my, what is he doing? Is he reaching out for a kiss?" So I thought. I watched him as he got closer and soon our lips found each other. I close my eyes sinking into the kiss and feeling his soft curled lips and his toughened hands as they cup my chin. We kind of fell into it , the kiss was passionate and yet so amazing. We slowly let go and we looked at each other with amazement, and I started to blush and he grinned in a way. The day was over and it was 7pm and we called for taxi to drive us home and he dropped me at my house and then he left off. I opened the door as I replayed the moment we had just shared, kissing his lips... Like this forever. I got into my room and threw myself on the bed, forgetting myself and nothing was on my mind except the moment Logan and I shared. Throughout the whole night I smiled unable to stop.
