Avery's eyes were on us as Nick began to slow the car.
"Nick, I don't think he's following us. Maybe he's here to see the Luna," I said.
"And why the hell is he wearing my clothes?"
He stopped the car with Avery only a few yards away.
How could the sergeant possibly lay hands on his clothes. Why? Nick had to be mistaken.
Except maybe he found it in the woods? Yeah, that was more reasonable explanation. The Alpha may have discarded that when he went for a run.
