The life of Lilyrose

Lilyrose point of view Beep beep Time to get up first day at New school hope I make friends. Best jump in the shower and get dressed, yes just got time to grab breakfast. Morning mum, good morning sweetheart how you feeling this morning? I am a bit nervous but I'm sure I will be ok where is dad? He is away to work remember it's his first day he won't be back till tea time.Oh ok didn't think he would be away as early I hope he has a good day, me too sweetie, here is some money for your lunch run along the school bus should be here any minute don't want you to miss it have a great day bye sweetie Bye Mum (leaves the house and catches the bus on time. I find an empty seat there are a few people already on the bus so far no one has spoken to me apart from saying hi and smiling, we arrive at school with just 10 minutes to spare, as I arrive I make my way through the front door and try to find the office it is quite tricky as the school seems to be a lot bigger than my last school, I get lost and someone approaches me and looks in my direction I try not to look as its a boy and he is handsome and muscular and I get really shy around people especially boys. He asks me if I am lost and I nod my head afraid to properly speak to him. Hi my name is Ryder you must be new whats your name? I reply by saying my name is Lilyrose just moved here I am trying to find the office do you know where it is? Ruder says yes follow me and I will take you there, ok thanks I told him, I followed him and realised I walked the entire opposite way from the office it took us nearly 15 minutes to get there and by that time the bell had went making us both late, I am sorry I told Ryder, What have you to be sorry for Lilyrose? for being late and he said don't worry about it. I'll wait outside for you and take you to your first class Lilyrose Ryder says, you don't have to Ryder I can try and find my own way, no its ok Lilyrose do what you have to do and I will wait here, ok Ryder be back shortly, take your time. I make my way into the office and greeted by the office lady who hands me my schedule for the week and a map of the school as she says it's easy to get lost, I thanked her and left the office and seen Ryder still standing there waiting on me he asks to look at my schedule and sees that we are in the same classes all week. We make our way to our first class Science and are greeted by our teacher Mr Storm, why are you both late to my class and Ryder explains the reason why which makes him seem a bit at ease and he welcomes me into the class and Ryder grabs my hand and puts me at a table next to him, everyone is staring and whispering I look at Ryder who seems to look angry I try to ask him if he is ok but he doesn't answer me until he says don't worry about it. The morning seems to be going a bit fast as it's now lunch time, Ryder still by my side we make our way to the cafeteria we order our meals macaroni cheese for me and steak and chips for Ryder, we make our way to a table with a group of boys and girls these must be his friends we sit down and Ryder introduces me to all of them their names Ivy, Ember, Leo and Chase, we got to know each other and seemed to get on well with each other I found out that Ivy and Leo were partners and Chase and Emver were partners. The rest of school seem to be pretty boring except Ryder wouldn't leave my side as if he was trying to protect or guard me he didn't seem to give me a moment to myself apart from bathroom breaks not that I minded as it was rather cute After school Ryder insisted to drive me home I let him I jumped in his luxurious looking red ferrari, thinking to myself this guys got to be rich and wondering why he is so interested in me, we arrived at my house and as I was about to leave Ryder says he would pick me up in the morning to take me to school, I assured him I would take the bus he disagreed with that and stayed no luna of mine is taking the bus, what do you mean luna and he says you know and I says no I don't never heard of it before oh he says just s little pet name and then he asks what age I am and I says 17 ill be 18 on Saturday how old are you and he says 18, we said our goodbyes and I left the car and walked into my house. I was greeted by my mum and I told her about my day and all about Ryder not about the Luna part as didn't want to worry her. I asked to be excused and told her I had homework to do but really wanted to see if a luna was a thing and what it meant. I went upto my room turned on the computer and put the Internet on and searched for luna and to my surprise I found lots of pages and information about it and it all came back to warewolfs and I instantly thought they are only a myth and Ryder must be a werewolf fanatic, not thinking any more of it I went downstairs as dad was home and dinner was ready we all say and ear dinner and chatted about our day soon it was bedtime. I stayed good night to my parents and went to bed dreaming about what tomorrow will bring and seeing Ryder again.
