Episode 1 Jemima woke up suddenly hearing her mother's ear aching knock sighed, oh God she's on it again. Jemi!! come out already your late for school "mom yelled from behind the door, alright mom I'll be out in a minute. oh yeah that's my mom she's always treating me like a baby although sometimes she can be very annoying and over protective, anyways I still love her. I almost forgot to introduce myself to you. well.. my name is Jemima my mom calls me Jemi, which you can also call me I don't have a problem with that i'm nineteen years old I school in the united states, I live with both parents in California, my younger sister Erica is about seventeen years old. Hey! the introduction is taking longer than I expected I gotta go. I went downstairs after I freshened up combed my long dark hair.oh did I forget to tell you I am beautiful, Tall, shapy and light skinned, I am the definition of perfection with my straight fair legs though I'm the shy type but I can make one stare twice. I met mum, Dad and Erica already seated waiting for me. Jemima's Pov: Good morning Dad, morning mum I'm sorry I'm late, but I hope i didn't miss anything. mum:well.. since we had no option but to wait till our breakfast gets cold, yes you missed. come on mum what did I miss?? "Jemima hurry up and eat your food enough of the chit chat "Dad said "fineee" Jemima's Pov: I hurried up and did finish my food while Dad waited for Erica and I outside to drive us to school. I am a 300 level student while Erica is a 100 level student, I want to study medicine, I've always wanted to be a dermatologist, well.. let's see what the future has for me. while I was busy with my laptop Erica tapped me from behind ''jemi we are here aren't you happy you are back o school? "oh silly why wouldn't I be happy? can't wait to see Scarlett "I said. Then come on get outta the car you wanna see Scarlett in the car?? "Erica yelled" oh shut up "I said come on Jemima it's time to get down "Dad said "finee I got down from the car bye dad love you "I said while waving See you soon dad "Erica said and walked into school love you girls "Dad said and drove away I stood there staring at his car, I stared at his car till it was out of my eyesight. Then I finally turned and bumped into Scarlett jeez Scarlett you scared me Jemima's Pov: yeah that's her, Scarlett my best friend, Scarlett is one of the most brilliant student in college and beautiful too I call her Scarli we became friends in highschool when my parents and I once lived in New York, so we took our friendship to college, Scarlett is the jovial type while I am the shy one, well.. in my defense I was unique and influential. I am the school's Queen blair, yeah that's the comparison, Scarli and I are both schooling at the university of California though we aren't planning on studying same course Scarli had passion for Law woa I never liked that course and yeah that's the difference between the both of us Scarlett is beautiful (though I am more beautiful) average height, brown hair and light skinned. oh poor child she still Misses daddy" "Scarli said oh stop it I.. Scarli did let me finish my sentence she fired. "I guess you were thinking about your next evil deed" and she raised her right eyebrow Jemima's Pov: what? no you silly girl I stepped on her. ouch! she winced in pains why did you do that?she frowned "that's one of my evil deeds "I said and winked then she giggled. I missed you so much Jemi "Scarli admitted, "I missed you too girl i hugged her. we both went to classes. At exactly 12 noon classes were over and we all came out of class. I headed towards the cafeteria. On my way to the cafeteria i met Valentina a very pompous girl who's father is a very rich or should I say very wealthy man and her mother is an Alfa female, Valentina is the daughter of the Famous Mr Roland the owner of Calif bank California and the Roland investment companies. He is very influential in California, her mother owns one of the biggest camera shops in Dubai, New York, and California, well that makes Valentina famous . Valentina's Pov: Hi jemi you look good guess you are heading to the cafeteria I'm heading there too let's go together. "Uhm.. sure Thanks "I replied we walked down to the cafeteria and took a table while chatting about our holidays I sighted Scarlett gently walking towards us and I smiled. She got to our table "can I join you? she asked sure "I replied quickly she sat down next to me facing Valentina, "hey bestie what's up how was lectures? she asked "Well.. it was fine atleast I could still remember my name "I replied We bursted out laughing "Hi Valentina I'm Scarlett Jemima's best friend (stretches out her hands to shake Valentina) Hi.. "Valentina said reluctantly and they shook hands "how do you know my name? and I don't seem to know you? Valentina asked surprised I gave Valentina a puzzle look. well.. your fame spreads abroad "Scarlett replied and Valentina laughed out well.. let's get eating my stomach's rumbling (stomach rumbles)you can hear that "we giggled and ordered our foods. Episode 2 I woke up feeling dizzy I checked my time and it was 10 minutes passed Nine O'clock i jumped out of my bed, flung my bed sheets and moved to my mirror, Jemima are you crazy you're late for school "I said to myself. Oh.. today is a Saturday phew.. I sighed and moved away from the mirror and landed back on my bed now I can go back peacefully to my sleep. I wrapped myself with my blankets i closed my eyes to get a sound sleep, suddenly my phone rang. Holy crap " i exclaimed I checked the caller and it was Scarlett jezz can't I have some sound sleep, i finally picked the call. Scarlett's pov: Hey sleepy head what took you so long to pick up my call? were you frying some potatoes? I laughed out loud and said i was having a sound sleep until you called and I guess my sleep has been terminated. she laughed and said of course it has. I called because I wanted you to come over to My house so we can spend time together, it's a Saturday anyway. uhm.. I.. don't .. "you better don't say no "she interrupted I'll chop your head off "she said I'll slit your throat " I threatened oh no you can't you'd miss me "she teased, well I'll call you when I'm coming. Alright girl I'll see you later "she said and hung the call. Jemima's Pov I sighed and got out of bed again.. another day another duck, I walked to my bathroom showered and i came out. Now what is a princess like me going to wear. Then I heard a knock on my door, who's there?? "I asked loudly Ghost! someone replied from behind Erica.. "I muttered, please go way. "well.. before I go anywhere I'll have to borrow something from you" "she said I'm sorry I don't rent things. "I replied. can you atleast open the door not like I'm gonna rob you.. I walked towards the door and let it open what do you want "I asked, out of my way , she walked passed me to my mirror and picked up my hair brush.. well I'll have to take this with me "she said and ran passed me and shut the door herself I was literally shocked and motionless Jemima's Pov: well Erica is so like my Dad she's courageous, bold and Fearless, she's also my beautiful little princess yeah the beauty comes from my parents. Erica is brown skinned, I guess her complexion is from my Dad. I finally snapped out of my illusion and remembered i was going to be late to Scarlett's house i quickly wore my hoodie and my leather skirt which was barely down to my knee, I wore a pair of black boots fitting my black leather skirt and yellow crop hoodie, I moved out of my room, I sighted Dad in his office doing some paper work while Mum was setting the table for breakfast "Good morning mum" I thought you'd never come down "mom said Here you go again mum "I rolled my eyes and sat down. My dad joined us at the table Good morning Dad.. morning Jemi how was your night? it was awesome dad Good morning mum, morning Dad "Erica said morning honey how are you? I'm Good dad "Erica replied What do we have for breakfast "dad asked "yummy mum you prepared my favorites Jemima's Pov: my mum decided to prepare french fries with sauce and juice which turns out to be my favorite. Come on guys let's have breakfast.. "mum said. After breakfast I quickly called scarli "Hello Jemi.." hi girl am about coming over to your house prepare a princess tiara for me I blushed while saying it. Who crowned you one? "Scarli asked I laughed, must you always doubt me? well..I think I should "she replied. I hung the call and walked to the garage wondering what car I should take. Well I guess I should be simple today. I hopped in the convertible car, turned on the engine the car started and I drove out , I sped to scarli's house. After like an hour on the road I finally got to her house, I drove in. I found Scarli's Dad about driving out, I waved before he drove out, I parked and went in, I found scarli chopping vegetables in the kitchen Hi girl I said to her Oh my god! you scared me really? I laughed clapping my hands you look hot girl what's up? I blushed.. thank you "I said Come on let's have some fruit salad I prepared them for us. Alright.. we went to the table and got eating and chatting.while chatting my phone beeped I took it up to see. Ajay came downstairs with his eyes glued to his phone. Here comes your crush "Scarli whispered Jemima's Pov:yeahrr that's Ajay Scarli's Elder brother, he is so cute and adorable, he has a broad chest and dark hair he is tall and has large muscles, his lips so red and attractive, he has always been my crush but I can't show it. while he was coming down I felt butterflies roaming in my stomach I couldn't stop staring, damn this guy is hot! Jemi are you alright? "Scarli asked "uhm.. of course I'm fine" oh my god he's coming towards this place, I felt like burying my face inside the table but unfortunately it was too late, he joined us at the table. I "thought Thanks "I said shyly He kept stealing glances at me while I pretended to be so busy with my phone, just so I can avoid looking at him oh god save me "I thought uhmm.. are you gonna be staying for a long time? "he asked me I.. (stuttering) "she just got here so she'll be staying " "Scarli replied quickly. Alright then I'm home today so.. that means we can stay together? I blinked repeatedly, shocked to hear what he said ye.. ye. yes... I stuttered Jemima's Pov:yes! I can't express my joy right now, I can't believe I'll be spending time with Ajay, someone I never had the chance to. Come on guys let's do something fun "Scarli said let's play tennis ball uhmm..I'm not so good at playing tennis "I said Come on I'll teach you "Ajay replied Jemima's Pov:The problem wasn't playing the tennis ball, the problem was getting up from the chair, Remember I told you I was the Shy type. Come on.. he stretched his hands to help me out of my chair I willingly gave him my hands , I reached his soft hands which was as cold as ice. I finally got out of the chair and he stared at me from my legs back to my face, I felt so uncomfortable. Are you okay? "he asked "yeah.. sure I'm fine "I replied Scarli's pov: Ajay and Jemima would make a perfect couple, I'd love them to be in a relationship, I know Ajay has always liked Jemi but he can't tell her. We got outside Ajay and Scarli played the first round while I watched. Jemima's Pov: while the two siblings were enjoying themselves I took quick glances at Ajay and imagined if we were in a relationship. He is so handsome. Hey come on it's your turn "Ajay snapped me out of my thoughts, I was brought back to reality. Now he was all sweaty, I stood up from where I sat and was ready to join them "Jemi we'll play together first then you'll play with Scarli later. We began playing and surprisingly I won the first round, I think he actually just let me win because there was no way could beat him. Scarli went inside to get milkshakes, while we played, she was so glued to her phone that she forgot we were outside. When we were done we decided to rest a little. Unfortunately It suddenly started raining, Ajay removed his shirt and wrapped it on me oh my god this isn't happening I was so shy I couldn't look at him "it's alright you can stay here", he held me close to him to warm me up , we struggled under the rain to get to the door. We got to the door and pulled it open, we found scarli fast asleep on a couch in the living room, I was so cold. I woke Scarli up. Oh my god I'm so sorry Jemi I fell asleep "it's fine" I wanna go home, I whispered to Scarli jemi you can't go home it's dark and risky, you can't drive when it's dark. I can't spend the night here either mum and dad doesn't know am here why don't you call her and tell her your gonna be spending the night here "I thought for a moment" Come on tell her " Scarli persuaded I'll get you some clothes to change to, I'll be back in a minute. Jemima's Pov: I called mom to tell her I'll be spending the night at Scarli's place though my mom's not the strict type so she'll understand. (phone rings) "Heyy Jemi, where have you been? Mum relax I'm fine I just decided to spend the night at Scarli's place hope it's fine with you ? is this a sleepover?" mom asked "yeah something like that" It's fine with me but first thing tomorrow morning I want you back home and please don't get impregnated "she teased Come on mum Ajay's never gonna try that you know, well good night mum love you.. Love you too " she said and cut the call Jemima's Pov:well.. Scarli took me to her room and I changed my clothes she gave me a pretty nightie which was also sexy too. Well Ajay's probably in his room. I think I should go say thank you for helping me. I got out of Scarli's room and went straight to Ajay's room to thank him , I got to his room, I knocked severally but he didn't respond, I felt bad and wanted to go but I found out his door was not locked so I pushed it open slowly, I found him fast asleep, oh no I wouldn't want to disturb him so I just covered his blanket on him properly and turned to go. I felt someone hold me back I turned to see Ajay awake. Episode 3 I slightly removed my hands from his grip and apologized I'm sorry i disturbed you I only wanted to say thank you.. I'm going already. "It's okay I was expecting you to come.. I blinked my eyes repeatedly.. "you look sexy on your nightie by the way is he trying to flirt with me? "I thought". "Thank you" I said to him Goodnight "I said and tried to walk out Are you going already? "he asked "yes..? Why..please stay a little.. please "he pleaded "I'm sorry i can't" Jemima's Pov: I've always wanted this opportunity but I can't possibly stay with him what would Scarli think, i know she has always wanted us together but I don't wanna be desperate. "Come on jemi am not gonna hurt you" "he said giving me a puppy dog look with his irresistible cute eyes. "Finee".. Thank you. Alright so..what would I be doing here? He didn't reply he was just staring at me did I tell you, oh I must have forgotten, I have very fascinating lips which are cutely shaped. I felt very uncomfortable, he looked like someone who was ready to devour my lips Ajay.. are you okay? oh yeah yeah I'm fine I'm just admiring your beauty So why did you visit Scarli today? uhm.. she asked me to come over.. Are you sure? or you wanted to see me he winked at me. What? no you're always with the boys I never knew you'd be around Oh really "he said yes "I replied boldly He sat closer to me and touched a stripe of my hair I was so afraid and shaky uhm.. Ajay.. I think I should go now Jemi don't you think we should be together "he whispered Huh? " I asked Never mind Jemima's Pov: Ajay is falling, What is he up to, God I can't resist him. He slowly took my hair to my back Exposing my shoulders, I felt shy and I stood up and went straight to the door but he held my hands releasing it slowly from the door handle, he slowly turned me to look at him, Now I was already breathing heavily, you could hear my heart beat. Ajay please let me go.. "i whispered Hey relax I'm not gonna do anything to you I just want you to feel comfortable around me don't be scared. I felt a little bit relaxed though still shaky I'm feeling sleepy I wanna go to my room now. Okay can I take you there? No I'll be fine.. I opened his door and left I got to my room and locked the door I flung myself on the bed thinking about what happened between us though nothing happened but his touch, his face everything seems so real, I was happy that I got to know how he felt about me. I checked my phone and I saw 17 messages from Scarli she was probably looking for me Hi girl I'm sorry I left that way, I was with Ajay I'll give you the details tomorrow good night.( sends a message) I woke up early the next morning to get prepared to go home, I came downstairs and met Scarli's Mum, Dad and Ajay, downstairs while Scarli's Mum prepared breakfast Scarli walked out of the kitchen Good morning Jemi "she said Heyy good morning "I replied Oh Jemima you were here? Scarli's Mum asked yes I was Good morning Ma'am Good morning Mr Reno Good morning how are you? I'm fine.. Come on join us for breakfast.. "Scarli's mom said.. Scarli and I sat close So.. what's up "Scarli whispered and winked. Did you get my message? "I asked whispering "Sure "Hi" Ajay said to me interrupting us "Hey" i replied avoiding his eyes "How was your night"? "Great" I replied still avoiding his eyes. We had breakfast, i got a call from mum "Jemi are you coming home already? "yes I am. Scarli.. I'll be on my way now Scarli walked with me to the garage Jemi! i turned to see Ajay calling me from inside Scarli pretended to have forgotten something inside and went back to get it, just so Ajay and i could talk "Hi" he said "Hey" I replied uhm.. I wanted to apologize about yesterday I didn't mean to make you feel uncomfortable I'm sorry "he said Oh it's fine, I'm not angry Really.. so we cool? yes sure we are okay great.. Call me when you get home I got into my car and waited for the gate to slowly open and I finally drove out I drove gently thinking about Ajay and last night, I smiled unconsciously. Episode 4 I got home, I met Erica outside, "Hi sis" Dad's gonna kill you anyway (Scoffs) I walked passed her without a word. I met mom seated in the living room Hi mom "I called Hey Jemi you're here yes mom I am, how are you? well.. I'm fine obviously " she replied where's Dad? he's probably in his office I'll see you guys later am so tired. I ran upstairs to my room "Jemi! are you sure you're okay? Yes mum I'm finee I replied while going to my room Jemima's Pov: I got to my room and flung myself on my bed.. phew I missed you. I smile inwardly, I remembered when Ajay took my hair backwards I couldn't stop thinking about Ajay. Suddenly my phone rang Bringing me back to reality I checked the caller it was Ajay Omg! I cleared my throat and tried to sound normal before I picked up the phone. Hey are you home? "He asked yeah.. sure I am "I replied Okay I wanted to be sure about that "I blushed when he said that. Thanks For checking up on me "I said There was this awkward silence after I said thanks So.. Scarli told me you are a 300 level student? "He finally broke the silence. Yes I am "I answered feeling so nervous. That's great.. university of California? Yes.. we basically attend same college do u not know about that? "I asked feeling a little bad that he doesn't even know we attend same college. No I don't "He replied I felt heart broken already well.. we talked for a while, until I had to hang up the call because I was starving. I went downstairs to have dinner Erica where's mom and have you guys had dinner? A long time ago, mum's in her room by the way "she replied. Alright I'll serve myself. Jemima's Pov: I went straight to the kitchen and took some salads and rice. I ate till I was filled and I went upstairs to my room. I looked at my phone it was pretty late, i felt like calling Ajay but it hasn't been too long he dropped the call, i'm already missing his voice, No way Jemi you can't be serious, come on go to bed, I tried forcing myself to sleep but I couldn't. So I found something to keep myself busy until I fell asleep. [Alarm beeps] Jemima's Pov; I woke to the sound of my alarm. My phone beeped, I checked it reluctantly Oh my, it's Ajay.. I sat up quickly, he sent me a message. "[chats] Hey cutie good morning" how was your night?~ Ajay [Replies] It was fine good morning~Jemima [Chats] Jemi I was hoping I could pick you up for school today~Ajay omg he wants me to drive with him to school in the same car, Jesus i would definitely not breath [Replies] No Ajay I'll be fine~Jemima. Jemima's Pov: I was freaking happy I felt like dancing every strength out of my body. I called Scarli and told her that Ajay wants to pick me up, she was equally so happy. I ran to the bathroom freshened up, I tried to be really quick so I won't keep them waiting. I hurried out of the bathroom after I was done showering. I sat in front of my mirror and applied cream on my skin, i did this dramatically, then I took a pair of jean trousers and a hoodie, i put them on, i brushed my hair, which made it longer, I held it backwards with a pair of hair pins, making me look extremely beautiful, isn't she adorable, "I thought to my self admiring my reflection on the mirror. I took a pair of sneakers and put them on, I took my bag and put my phone inside, i hurried downstairs so I could have breakfast with Dad. Jemima's Pov:So I met dad, Erica and mum downstairs. Hey Jemi I heard you spent your night at Scarli's place? "Dad asked" First of.. good morning dad, yeah I had to spend the night at Scarli's place because it was dark and rainy. well it's okay.. how's Scarli and her family by the way?"he asked. Oh they are great "i replied. Dad.."I called Yes honey.. uhm.. I'll be driving with Scarli and Ajay to school today.. Oh "he exclaimed, why?? Nothing dad I just wanna drive with them, can i? yeah you can "He replied Thank you dad i love you! Jemima's Pov: we finally finished breakfast and I was about texting Ajay that i was ready.. I heard Ajay's car horn.. oh they're here already Ajay and Scarli greeted my Dad in unison. Morning son you've grown so mature.. Scarli you too "dad said well.. dad we'll be on our way now. come on Erica join us "Scarli asked Erica" No, I'll be going with dad. Okay.. then. Jemima's Pov: we got into Ajay's car and I waved at my dad, he waved back and we zoomed off. you might be wondering why i acted like I was leaving my family.. well this was the first time ever i wasn't riding with dad. While driving Ajay kept looking at me. I pretended to be super busy with my phone. There was this awkward silence. Ajay finally broke the silence.. Uhm Jemi are you alright? Huh?.. yeah yeah I'm fabulous. Jemima's Pov:I said that rather husky because I was so uncomfortable, I've never been so nervous my whole life. If I just had to ride with Scarli alone i assure you we would be shouting by now. And worse part, seems getting to school was taking longer than normal. After a long ride we got to school phew now I can breathe properly. Scarli was the first to jump down and waved at us. Ajay drove me down to my department. Well I loved it because even if we aren't dating.. but he was angelic and Annoyingly hot so yeah taking the credit isn't that much bad. We got to my department, Ajay parked and came to my door. He opened the car door and helped me out. I could see other girls admiring Ajay, Well I should consider my self very lucky every girl stole glances at him while giggling. I waved at him and he smiled at me and drove off. His mere smile sent chills down my spine. What is he doing to me. I've never felt this way for someone. I stood there staring at the sky unconsciously lost in thoughts. I turned to head to class I found Gabriella behind me. Oh! I said startled. "Hi" Gabby said "Hey Gabby aren't you supposed to be in class? "Well.. I was heading to class but something.. or rather someone caught my attention, can't you see everyone's looking at you with dreamy eyes". That was when I looked around and discovered everyone was staring at me. "So tell me is that your prince charming"? She asked slowly holding my arms. "What? no. "Really? you two look good together". She said disappointedly. Well I wish we were but we aren't. So Gabriella and i walked to class. Gabriella is the school's Model and "miss humanitarian" and she's also beautiful. I headed to class not really looking at where I was going. I just thought about Ajay. Then suddenly I bumped into Simon. Bringing me back to reality.Oh my god I'm so sorry i apologized, "oh it's alright" I looked at him stunned, I didn't know him to be this gentle. I tried walking away, he stopped me and said "I'm Simon, can I atleast know your name"? Jemima's Pov: well I already know his name he is the school's flirt, handsome and Gabriella's elder brother, he thinks he is actually every girl's dream but certainly not mine.. I mean has he even seen Ajay? he's no match for Ajay. "Jemima" I said shortly. "You are beautiful nice to meet you Jemima" "Thanks" and I walked away. Simon's Pov: I've never seen someone as pretty as she is, she is such an angel. I must get to know her. I got to class and sat down feeling relieved.. "Hi" someone said behind me. Oh not again I was really tired of the conversations today. I turned slowly and when my gaze met with the stranger my mouth fell wide open with surprise "wow" i said unconciously I was lost. "Hey are you alright" I shook my head coming back to reality. "Yeah i..i'm fine" i stuttered. What the hell?.
