Tuesday started off calmly enough at Faith’s place of employment, but by lunchtime it was over the top. An intern had opened an innocent-looking email attachment that launched a ransomware virus straight into the company’s mainframe. All the files on the server were now either encrypted or missing altogether. The entire company was at a standstill. All hell was breaking loose.
