"ahhh-hhaaaaa" Aiden yawned "another day,another school stress". He was in his fourth year at Hailey university. He stood up and went straight to the bathroom to take his bath. He came out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around his waist showing his well built muscles and water dripping from his brown hair. He was dressing up when he heard a knock, "I'm coming" he said to whoever was at the door. He opened it and standing there was his best friend, Ethan. Ethan entered and closed the door behind him. "Sup man,you are not dressed yet", said Ethan. "Yh bro, I just woke up " Aiden said. Aiden dressed up and he and Ethan went to receive the first lecture which was also the last for the day. After the lecture, they went to a cafe nearby to have some latte. They were having a chat while drinking and eating what they had ordered. They ate in silence for a while until Ethan broke the silence with the question "Have you started preparing for the examination" Aiden said he had started preparing about a week ago. Ethan told Aiden about his sister (Mikayla) coming to the University next semester for her fourth and final year unlike Aiden and Ethan who still has one year left meaning Ethan and his sister will graduate from the university at the same time. While they were still talking, Aiden phone started ringing, it was his girlfriend sorry fiancee, they were dating for over five years and just got engaged two months ago. Hey baby from the other end,he replied "How are you doing". "I'm gud,I have missed you, you said we were going to meet yesterday but you changed plans". Ethan sighed "yh sorry about that I was tired.How are about we meet at our usual spot in ten minutes and I might spend the rest of the day with you in your apartment " "That sounds nice, can't wait to see you" Layla said smiling. "bye" he hung up. Aiden looked at him with a raised eyebrow, he knew that if Layla should call that she misses Ethan. Ethan would leave wherever he was to go meet up with her. Ethan shrugged despite knowing what Aiden was thinking About "so as you might have already know I have to go, maybe when you find a girl for yourself you won't always feel bad whenever I have to leave you to go meet the love of my life". He hugged Aiden(normal guys hug) and left. Aiden also finished up his drink and went to his apartment (which he and Ethan are living in) Aiden woke up and dropped the book laying on his chest on the desk close to him which shows that he fell asleep while reading. He got up, washed his face and went to the sitting room. He called for Ethan but there was no response, he went to Ethan's room hoping to see him in his bedroom sleeping but he wasn't there. So he called him "Why aren't u home yet guy" Aiden asked Ethan. Ethan replied "I am not coming back tonight I want to spend some more time with Layla and I'm also in luck since tomorrow is no lecture day being Friday" . "So I'm not gonna see my gay buddy tonight"Aiden said jokingly Ethan laughed "Layla must not hear that,it will make her jealous. Peace" and then he hung up.Aiden went to the kitchen to prepare noodles after he was done preparing it,he ate it and watched about 3 episodes of a series before calling it a night. Meanwhile on the other side of the world,Los Angeles,Mikayla(Ethan's sister) and her best friend, Leah were having a sleepover. They were painting each other's nails when Leah decided to break the good news to Mikayla, she told her that her parents have finally approved of her going to university which is in Oklahoma. Mikayla was extremely happy that she was not going alone. Her parents just told her recently that she was going to join her brother at Hailey University I think they are trying to chase their two children away so they have peace Mikayla thought and she asked Leah if she could go with her, she waited for her reply and now she has finally said yes. "so happy" said Mikayla. The two friends started squealing with excitement. "But why is the name of the university Hailey University,is that the owners name or what" Leah asked Mikayla " The owner named the school after his dead daughter so I heard"Mikayla replied . "oh" Leah said feeling sad about the fact that the daughter is dead. "I heard that there are cute guys there,so you might see one to serve as your rebound "Mikayla said trying to brighten the mood knowing that is what her friend likes hearing and it worked. Then Leah said to Mikayla "and you will find your prince charming, Your knight in shining armor". "yes and then we can live happy ever after "Mikayla said blushing. Mikayla had always believed in happy ever after even after 2 heartbreaks she still do. Leah started smiling "I think we should call it a night". Mikayla yawns "yh goodnight". While her brother was still having fun with Layla doing what couples do.
