Detective Calloway parked his personal vehicle in the police garage. He had a feeling in his gut that something was going to happen today. And his gut feelings were always right. He grabbed his coffee from the cup holder and headed for the elevator. He was on his own for a few days. His partner had taken a week off. When he reached his office, his assistant stopped him.
“Good morning, Detective. There's a Cassie Turner waiting for you in Room 1.”
