I spent the night thinking about our conversation and I realized that my dressing provoked him and with the attitude I put up I was able to tell him how I felt and he apologized. I wasn’t satisfied with his apology so I decided to still go on with my plan and thought of what to do next to gain his attention.

The opportunity to carry out my plan came up while I was strolling in the mansion and heard a noise at the poolside. I peeped and saw the boys and Lucas chatting in their shorts. Perfect, I muttered to myself and went back to my room to change into a bikini. Josh, I called out as I got to the pool pretending to be surprised to see them there. How are you doing Valerie by the way you look hot in that he said and I gave him a sweet smile. I Look good in anything I wear dear I said as I walked past him pretending not to see Lucas where he was seated.

After swimming for a while, I walked out of the pool and glanced at Lucas. I could see jealousy and lust in his eyes. I smiled, happy I got the reaction I expected. It's my time to play now Lucas I said to myself quietly as I walked inside to get changed.

Lucas POV

I was chatting with the boys at the poolside when Valerie walked in in her bikini and I couldn’t take my eyes off her as her beautiful sculpted body was so tempting. I had to remind myself that Josh was my son when he complimented her else, I would have punched him in the face. Why is she doing this to me? I wondered if she wanted me to make love to her but didn't know how to say it. Does she want me to be jealous? Is this a payback for how I’ve treated her? I asked but had no answer to my questions and I decided to go ask her and excuse myself from the boys.

I was drying my hair when Lucas knocked on my door. I was happy that my plan worked. Valerie, he called out softly as he pulled me closer toward him. I already apologized yesterday. Why are you doing this to me? You shouldn’t be dressed like that in front of my sons. You know they’re mature and you make me jealous, he explained.

Lucas, I just want to be happy or don’t I have a right to be I asked sarcastically of course you deserve to be but not by playing with my feelings he said and planted a kiss on my forehead pulling me closer I just want you to be mine alone and I’m sorry if I’m not doing it the right way he said and planted a kiss on my lips ready to deepen it as I pushed him away. I’m not ready for this yet Lucas I’m still traumatized by that night I said staring at the floor. He released his grip on me and said, I’ll be waiting and left the room.

I woke up feeling refreshed and this is the first time I’ll be feeling this way ever since I got to the mansion. I got up from bed to have my shower and I was having my shower when I heard my room door creak open. Lucas would have left for work and Anna had traveled so who could that be I thought then I heard the door being locked from inside. I was beginning to get scared as I called out Joshua but to no response, I quickly washed off the soap on my body and wrapped my towel firmly around my body.

Should I remain in the bathroom or go into the room I contemplated on what to do and I later summoned the courage to enter the room. I was shocked to see Tate standing in my room. What are you doing here? I asked with a shaky voice, my hands wrapped around my bosom.

I came to see you, Valerie, I’ll come and meet you in the living room once I’m dressed up I said and went to unlock the door. Please leave, I said standing in front of the wardrobe I need to dress up. Valerie, he called and I turned back, he was walking towards me and I retreated backward. For every step he took forward, I took a step backward until I was stopped by the wall.

My back was resting on the wall and Tate was still moving towards me. When he was directly in front of me, he placed one hand on the door, and at this point, I couldn’t explain the rush of emotions I was feeling as I tried to steady my breath. He scanned my face with a burning desire visible in his brown eyes. He held my neck, tilted it slightly, and said I want you, Valerie. I could feel the tears forming in my eyes. I didn’t move nor did I push him away nor did I kiss him back, I was telling myself this was wrong in my head but my body wasn’t listening and I was afraid I might give in to the desire that was beginning to arise in me. His hands were now resting on my breast caressing it softly as I let a soft moan escape my mouth. I tried to push him away before it was too late and then suddenly there was a knock on the door.
