Cory jumped up and down clapping, then rushed to Cantal, “Congratulations Cantal! This is wonderful news.” Turning to Dani, Cory rushed to him, “I am so happy for you. Cantal is a fabulous man and you couldn’t be more blessed than to have such an honorable man as he is.”
Dani looked at Cory confused, “That is the second time I’ve heard that term. What does it mean?”
“But, I thought you knew about vampires?” Cory asked in confusion.
Nodding, Dani replied, “Like we told Erik, we know about the sun not bothering them, they eat food like we do, and they can go anywhere no matter how holy it is, and that’s only because our friend Zeke told us when he overheard Marshal and I talking about this guy that was leering at me and Dani.
