I am no longer happy working at Murphy.
My first launch with the team and the company was a success, yes, but I don't know. Since then, not a day has passed that I no longer wish to work there. I am not looking forward to working there every day. It came to a point where I had to drag myself to work and I just don't feel like working with them anymore.
The salary was good, don't get me wrong, and after the launch, I was even offered a higher position but I declined because I didn't feel like it. To work properly, to create designs, you need to like the environment you're in, but I no longer feel like that. I don't feel like working with them anymore. It has become toxic because some of them show blatant envy and insecurity, especially a certain female call
