The current Sales Manager has resigned after receiving some backlash and after being pressured. I guess it was too much for him to take the position after someone as competent and skilled as Sloane.
Unfortunately, that left the company in a turmoil because no one's interested enough to take the position. Those who applied will quit after a week or so and now it has been vacant for a week and it can't stay that way.
If only the perfect person for the position will take it back.
"Raise the salary and add more benefits." I told Danny, the head of HR. We were discussing what we need to do to entice interested applicants to apply and stay in the position.
"I can do that, sir, but that would be unfair to the other workers."
