WORLD IS SO SMALL

Shrishti: Kabir……. (she smiled slightly pronouncing his name)

Kabir: why are you smiling…… is there anything funny in my name…..

Shrishti: no no….. actually I found your name unique or should I say different…. That’s why…..(she said smilingly)

Kabir: ohh…….well usually there are many people on trip…. But you are alone on your trip….. (he asked wondering)

Shrishti: yes……..(with a wide smile) as I said before….. one should sometimes go on some random trips just like that…. Where no one is with you but you are with yourself……

Kabir: it seems like you are very happening person isn’t it……..

Shrishti: maybe me……… or maybe it’s the time who made me like this……..(she said looking out) see its dark already I think we should sleep now……

Saying this she lied down on her seat covering her face with blanket…… but sleep was far away from Kabir’s eyes…… whole night he was sleepless…… fighting with his own heart and mind….. night passed like this and soon he was seeing sun peeping out from behind the tress slowly….. Shrishti was still sleeping….. but her sleep got disturbed with the voice of tea vendor getting irritated she kept the blanket on one side and sat on her seat crossing legs cutely……

Vendor: madam chai (tea)….

Shrishti: one please…..

Taking her cup from him she turned and found Kabir already sipping his tea but she wondered he ordered one more cup….. after giving him one more cup of tea vendor left from there…..

Shrishti: good morning……

Kabir: good morning……..

Shrishti: don’t drink this much tea this will affect your health….

Kabir: nothing will happen to me…. (he said laughing a little) this is the one and only reason of my life you know (he said with amusement in his voice)

Shrishti: it seems like you are a chai lover (tea lover)……..

Kabir: deadly chai (tea) lover……..

Both burst into laughter…. Whole day passed while talking on some random yet deep topics….. both were somewhere enjoying talking each other…. Around 5:45 in the evening their train reached jaipur station……

after taking their luggage out from the train both said good bye before moving on their path….

Shrishti: ok then good by Kabir…… it was nice meeting you…. Or I can say nice talking you……

Kabir: true…….. ok then good bye…. See you soon…..

Shrishti: we don’t even know that if we will meet again or not and here you are saying see you soon…..(she said laughing at his line)

Kabir: this world is small madam….. the ones who are meant to meet they meet some or the other way…..

Shrishti: yaa yaa …… right…. Ok bye my cab is here….

She left waving her hand… Kabir was also waving his hand back with a heartwarming smile….. he felt a weird change in him….. just a day before he was not even uttering a single word but now he was smiling……….

Kabir: something is different in this girl….. don’t know why but I wanna meet her again if possible…….. god….(he said looking up in the sky which is now turning dark in color)

Soon Kabir was in his hotel room sitting ideal and continuously staring the wall blankly…….

Here Shrishti also reached in her hotel room…. She quickly adjusted her luggage in the wardrobe and opened the big windows of the room……. The night beauty of jaipur was attracting her to go and get merged in that….. but she was tired because of journey so she choose to stay in the room only for the time being and take rest……..

Time passed and around 10pm she felt something like hunger so she thought to go in the restaurant of the hotel except ordering food in the room…… she got up lazily and after setting her messy hairs she opened the door of her room….. the moment she opened it she was shocked seeing the person coming out from the opposite room…… reaction of that person was also the same……

Both: youuu……

Kabir: see told you na…. world is so small…. (he said amusingly)

Shrishti: seriously…… biggest coincidence of my life…..(she said dramatically) well where are you going…..

Kabir: to throw something in my stomach….. before it starts aching…..

Shrishti: Ooo….. so would you like to join me…. Even I’m also going on the same mission……

Kabir thought something for a minute then agreed to go…. Soon both were sitting in the restaurant…. After ordering their food they started talking……

Shrishti: so what is your plan…… from where you’ll start…..

Kabir: what…??

Shrishti: sightseeing…… that’s the thing for what we are here na……I’m already dying to explore this city……

Kabir: sightseeing!!..... well I don’t have any plan to be precise…..

Shrishti: what…… then why are you here on the first place….

Kabir: just like that….. told you….

Shrishti: are you crazy…… you are here at this wonderful place just like that…… what will you do….

Kabir: nothing….. just sit back in my room…..

Shrishti: you are kidding right…. If you had to sit back in your room only why you spent this much money on this useless trip of yours….. you must have your own room at your house na….. why didn’t you utilize that…..what are you even doing here after spending this much……

Kabir: PEACE…….(he said plainly looking other side)

Shrishti: don’t get me wrong but you’ll not find PEACE in your room…. you are here at this such a beautiful place….. explore it… I’m sure you’ll get your peace and you’ll enjoy too……

Kabir: how are you so sure……??

Shrishti: because I’m also here to find that thing….. called PEACE…. Which I think I’ll get for sure…… (she said determination filled in her eyes)

He didn’t said anything further….. after finishing their food they quietly left for their rooms….. after wishing good night they closed the doors……

Kabir silently lied down on the bed and was in deep thinking he was trying to figure out that what Shrishti said was right or what he is doing is right……..
