chapter 15

I wake up to a loud banging sound.

I groan to myself “oh god not this s**t again.”

Of course they were moving the winter soldier into another room. He never likes moving so with his super soldier serum in his veins they have to let him run around and hit things multiple times before they can even think about getting him out of his old room. See none of us here in hydra really move. I hear the door open and the light from outside of my dark room floods In. I glare at the person who opened the door. They walk over and say.

“Easy there solder remember we have to be careful with you too. You and project 25 are going to be transferred to a mission base okay.”

Why did this man ask If i was okay with the mission i was never given a chose. He unlocks the chains that is holding me down to a leather platform. When he lets me go i step off of the platform and look at him before i walk towards him. Without warning i am wrapping my hands around his neck and chocking him. I felt a needle hit my throat and that was it. I was injected with something i felt my hands let go of his throat as i pass out on the cold floor.

I wake up in a chair. Oh no this is the one place i hate the most. Of course they put me in to t*****e chair. Or as i say The Chair. I was sitting there and the winter soilder was walking into the room and was sat right next to me. Oh great now I get brainwashed how wonderful. I hear a voice come from in front of me say In Russian.

“так как или маленький проект сегодня. Я видел, что ты рано боролся. хорошо, что он вам понадобится.”

(so how is or little project today. i saw that you had some fight in you early. good you'll need it.)

I look up and glair at him. I look around the room and see that they have multiple guards outside of the room looking through a glass window. I see that they weren’t guarding the door so it was a trap but it may be my only chance to escape this hell of a place. I get up and i see everyone tense up I started walking around and out of nowhere i run to the door and everyone follows me even the winter soilder. When they are all coming at me i hear.

“Oh you stupid girl you think you can escape.”

I look at him and at the winter soilder.

“No i just don’t think in the box.”

I ran up the wall behind me and jumped over them. I grabbed onto a bar i had seen before. I climbed up the ceiling and into the vents. I was climbing through the vent and I hear something climbing with me. I turn around and see the winter soilder climbing behind me. “Oh s**t.” I say. I started to climb faster but i felt him catch my leg. Okay so now i am going to meet death. He pulled me back towards him and i try to get away. Why i wasn’t as strong as him. He pulls me back and he is holding himself above me. Why had he stopped he was supposed to kill me so why did he stop.

He looks down at me like If he knows me. Why does he look so familiar. I lift my hand up so I can touch his face. He jerks back for a minute before coming back down and feeling my hand.

“Hey its okay you can kill me if its what you have to do just before you do can I ask a question?” I see him nod his head.

“Do you remember anything form your past and do you ever talk.”

He looks at me and i see a small smile crawl onto his face.

“Ma’am that would be two questions but no i don’t remember my past and yes i do talk just not much.” I hear him say in a whisper. I let out a small laugh. He lets me go and says

“Go be free and if you can get every one out of here.”

I look at him “what about you.”

He looks down and says “I’m a monster no one like me should be out in the world.”

“Okay you do whatever you want.” I start to crawl through the vent again and I start hitting the wall and i see a bright light start coming in. I brake the rest of the vent and jump out i say good bye to this place. I hope I wont have to see this place again.

Time skip

I was walking around the stark tower when they bring in someone new. I hear them taking him to the lock chamber. I go to walk in there to see who it is that they are taking in. Tony stopped me and said “hey he is dangerous we need to leave him alone.”

I look at him and say “i want to go see please plus where did you find him.” I finish by crossing my arms over my chest.

Tony laughed and said “he came from a hydra base happy now you know where he’s from. But before you let your kind heart gets In the way he has killed many people.”

I scoff at his statement and punch him in the side as I walk past him. I see the cameras and know someone is watching us. I look inside that cage and cant see who it is so I knock on the glass. When i do the man turned around and just sat staring at me. Tony came in and pulled me out of there.

“Hey if your going to go in there let us see when okay. We don’t want to see you get hurt by him.”

I pull away from him and say.

“Hey i know him i was at his hydra base he Is the reason i got out so i want to talk to him.”

Tony looked taken aback. I walked back Into the room and looked at the man.

“эй солдат как дела”

(Hey soldier how have you been.)

He looks up at me and says

“Я хочу, чтобы боль ушла. если вы можете сделать это, то я хорошо. если не можешь то уходи.”

(i want the pain to go away. if you can do that then I’m good. if you cant then go away.)

I look at him then sit down.

“Эй, ты хоть помнишь меня?”

(Hey do you even remember me)

He looks up and nods his head at me. “You are the girl i let go. I should have gone with you i should have left that place with you.”

He started to cry. Wow I never that the winter soilder would cry but I mean he is human. I wanted to hold him so then he would have someone to cry Into. I poke at the glass and i look up at the cameras.

“Эй, дай мне одну минуту” (hey give me one minute.) i walk over to the controls and look up at the cameras. I look down at the controls and i unlock the cage.

Tonys pov

“What the hell is she doing she is just going to open the cage. She does know he’s dangerous.”

“Hey at one point he was my friend.” Steve says

“You hear the word at one point that means it was before he was brain washed and became a monster.” Tony said

Main pov

I open the cage and look at Bucky.

“эй, могу я посидеть с тобой в клетке, Баки?” (Hey can I come and sit with you Bucky?)

He looks up at me and nods at me. I walk Into the cage and he is still sitting on the ground and i come and sit next to him.

“Hey i can prove to them that your not a monster and that you don’t need to be in a cage like an animal or like you were at hydra okay. You just need to trust me.”

he nods his head again

“ты собираешься говорить только тогда, когда это не по-английски?” (Are you only going to talk when its not in English.?)

“да”

(Yes)

“Okay then.”

I just sit in the cage with him. We don’t say anything he just keeps crying slightly. I put my arms out for him just if he needs a hug. He scoots over to my arms and he leans into the hug I offered him.

“There are you better now that you know you can cry.”

he looks up at me and nods to me. I hold him in my arms for what feels like forever. I think everyone trusts him enough to not come rushing into the room.

He pulls away for a minute before pulling me onto his lap like i was a teddy bear. He just held me and i think he was smelling my hair but I didn’t mind maybe he just needs something to ground him to reality that he is out of hydra. He holds me there and a few hours later tony walks In and says.

“Hey Alaina its time for dinner.”

I look up and see him standing in the door way. I cuddle back into Becky’s chest.

“No thanks i am good here.”

That’s when i felt Bucky get up while holding me in his arms and walking. I assumed he followed tony out into the living room because in a few minutes he was sitting down again and I could hear everyone talking. I am still cuddling in Bucky chest when i feel him lightly move my hair. I look up to see his face.

“Эй, тебе нужно съесть куклу”

(Hey you need to eat doll)

I shake my head. He was so warm I wanted to fall asleep.

I shake my head. He was so warm I wanted to fall asleep.I walked into my second year of highschool. God this sucks I see all of these couples together and I am all lonely. I just wish someone would date me for once. All I get is people wanting to be my friends. anyways off to my first hour class. crap it's geometry I suck at this stuff. I walk into the class and find a seat in the back because I am one of the first ones to get here like normal.

I wait for everyone else to enter class because the first bell just rang at 7:40. now let's see who I have in class this year. ugg it's the popular girls and the jocks. nice I have to deal with that. I hear everyone start to talk to one another like they haven't talked to one another in forever. I am sitting and I hear my name being called by my teacher.

"here". I mumble under my breath. the teacher yells.

"Lettie Lettie green."

the whole room goes silent.

"here" I saw again. the teacher marks me as here and moves on. I kind of drowned out what is happening around me. I hear the teacher start talking about something so I grab a pencil and some paper. I start writing the notes my teacher was putting on the board. 'great I have to deal with all of these stupid popular kids '

I went through geometry and walk to my second hour. history great I like this one let's go. I walk to history class all the way upstairs. I walked up the stairs and passed a couple holding hands. 'its like the universe wants me to remember that I am lonely and probably always be lonely. after last year of only getting rejected I don't want to try for a relationship'. I walked into my history class and saw one of my favorite teachers from last year. I would help him during my free time and help him stack papers. me and him became friends.

I get done with history and walk around out. I walk downstairs and go to the lunch room and grab my lunch. I walk over to a table that nobody sits at. I set my things down and start to eat. I finished my food at about 12:05 so I went for a walk around the school. I was walking around with my things and I hear the bell ring. everyone shuffles out of their class rooms and into their next class. I walk to my third hour class and it is art okay.

I love art it's one of my favorite things to do. I I walked into my art class and thankful it is the last class of the day. I go and sit down at a desk and I grab my drawing notebook while I wait for class to start. I start drawing random things and my teacher comes over.

"wow you have some skill I could maybe get you a scholarship for art."

I look up and nod my head slightly. I continue drawing and I see one of my friends walk into the class. here and wearing ripped things. today she was wearing a plaid shirt and a black skirt and some fishnets. she walks over to come and sit next to me.

"hey so you going to try for a relationship this year."

I shake my head. I hear her chuckle a little. we finish this class and I walk home. when I came into the house I set my things down and walked into the kitchen and grabbed a snack. I walked out and I turned on the TV and tried to find something.

it's about 5:30 I should get dinner ready before mom gets home. I make some chicken and rice and when my mom walks through the door there was already food ready at her table. she came and sat down and ate the food and we are in silence. I finished and so did she. I went to wash the dishes and I hear the door open and shut. great now she's going to the bar. I wash the dishes and head to bed.
