Chapter Six

Rouges

I hurry and cover my naked body, with the nearest blanket and see the Beta burst into the bedroom looking frantic.

"Ever learn to knock?" Kyle snaps at him.

"I'm sorry Alpha. But there's an emergency. Two rouges have entered the land claiming they are sent to speak to the Alpha and Luna" The beta hurries out.

"Take them to my office. We will be there in ten minuets" Kyle says rushing his beta out of the room.

I get up and throw on under garments and then black leggings with a long maroon sweater, and slip on my black boots.

Kyle changes real quick, and we go down to his office hand in hand, me shaking from fear and worry.

Kyle rubs circles on the back of my hand with his thumb as we walk into his office. The stench of the rouges fills my nose.

I look at the two rouges. They are covered in mud and dirt, and scratches. One is a boy with dark blonde hair and the other is a short skinny girl with light blonde hair.

The girl smiles slightly and then drops her head from Kyle when he looks at her.

"State your business rouges" Kyle demands strongly.

The girl stutters but begins to talk. "We are from the blue moon back, sent from our Alpha Daniel, who claims that your Luna, Beth, is his daughter" she says.

I furrow my eyebrows and look at Kyle. "Not possible. Beth was born into this pack. I have grown up with her. My mother and her mother are best friends, and were side by side at Beth's birth" Kyle says.

"We mentioned that" The boy says, surprisingly strong. "Her mother and our alpha, dated, then she got pregnant, several days before she found her mate, then they mated, and her mother told her 'father' the baby was his"

Kyle shuffles his feet "That very hard to prove though"

I look at him "Blood test?" I whisper

Kyle look at me before realizing I actually did talk again. "We can try. On one condition. What's the catch? If he really is her father?"

The girl speaks up "Then she is to come home with us, to our pack"

Kyle growls loudly "As the Luna of this pack, she can not leave"

"Unless you guys mated, she is not fully the Luna yet. Allowing her to leave" The boy says.

I shift uncomfortably on my feet and Kyle places his hand on my back calming me down.

"We will take the blood test in two weeks" Kyle says "End of meeting. Lock them up in the basement until then."

The beta and the guards escort them to the basement and I look at Kyle worried. "Darling, I won't rush you into anything you don't want to do. I promise." He kisses me softly and I smile against his lips.

"Thank you" I say, before yawning. It's Ben a long day.

"Let's go to bed sweet heart" Kyle says before grabbing my hand.
