There is something about the bad boy that ladies are always attracted to, just like this one: an all-nerdy school girl, a straight A student who has tried all things possible to keep herself perfect. Then comes this guy, all dressed up in ripped-out jeans, a leather jacket, and some rings in his fingers. He gives off the vibes of the bad boy; he is the son that his father isn't proud of. They both attend the same school, but she always ignores him. Her mom was going to get married. Everyone's  so excited until she finds out that she is going to become siblings with Jace, the same bad boy she has always avoided, but that's not what's intriguing about this; she finds herself feeling attracted to him, and everything about her life changes. Firstly, an attempt at r**e by Jace, her stepbrother's bad peers, then an encounter that led her to beg Jace for s*x, which in turn resulted in her getting pregnant, but as naive as she is, what does she do?

Chapter 1
Leticia's pov Jessy just came down from the car and shut the car door. “Have a great day in school, honey," I said as Jessy just gave me a look. “I'll try," she replied, then she clutched onto the school bag and started heading inside the school. I put the car in reverse and drove out of the school. I drove back home, then opened the door. “Honey, im h..." I was cut short by what I saw: my husband Carl in bed with some slut that I didn't even know where he got her from, having s*x on our couch. “Carl, you bastard!” I yelled as the both of them were struggling to wear their clothes, and when they were finally done, his w***e left, "Carl, this isn't the first time; hell, I have lost count of your promiscuous behavior, and every time you tell me that you'll change, but I can see it now; you will never change." "Baby, its not what you think,he said, trying to apologize.Let's assume that our baby girl has come home and seen this mess. What do you think" she's going to "think? Meeting her dad with some slut in the living room couch. I'm sorry, Carl, I can't do this anymore." "Baby, baby, you're taking this too far; let's not get too hasty." "Carl, get out." "Calm down, Letty, let's not do this." "Im serious, Carl out!" I said as he walked away slowly, opened the door, took one long glance at me and the house, then shut the door silently. I broke down, rested my back on the wall, and started crying. Jessy's pov After my mom dropped me off, I was heading into the school building, then I stopped in front of it to take a look at the view. “Ha, Dales High School, what wonders do you have for me today?" I said, then I walked into the school, then I walked towards my locker and brought out my biology textbook because that was the class that I was having next. The bell rang: “Shoot, I'm going to be late!" I shrieked as I hurriedly ran into the biology class. I took my seat, and luckily for me, the teacher hadn't arrived yet. The door swung open, and the teacher came in and said, "Alright, class, who...” He was interrupted by another student who just walked into the class. He was all clad in ripped-out jeans and a leather jacket that I wasn't even sure was part of the dress code. He had like a million tattoos, was slightly skinny, and his hair was long and blonde. “Nice of you to join us, Mr. Storm," the teacher said as he was looking for a place to sit, and he finally found one not near me. Thank God, I didn't need someone like him sitting near me; he is bad news. “Alright, class, let's begin. Larmack and Darwin both postulated their theories about evolution. We've discussed Larmack’s theory; today we would be discussing Darwin, but I have a little. Who can tell me Larmack’s theory?" The whole class was dumbfounded. “Any takers?" He asked again, so I raised my hand. “Miss Reyez, give it a shot." "The first of his postulations is the theory of use and disuse, while the second one is the inheritance of acquired characteristics. Darwin proved his second one wrong, but I personally like the fact that he spoke about something totally unknown at that time," I said, smiling. “Nerd' somebody coughed, and it was none other than the no-good Jace. The whole class was in an uproar as he said, Settle down everybody." Mr. Matthew, our biology teacher, said, “Thank you very much, Miss Reyez." He said again as I bowed my head slightly, my glasses fell down, and the entire class started laughing again. I felt shy and humiliated. The class went on and finally came to a close. The bell rang and everyone hurriedly ran away from the class. I slowly packed my books into my backpack and started leaving. When Mr. Mathew spoke up, “nice job today, Miss Reyez; irrespective of what your peers might think, I think you did great," he said, making me feel good about myself. "Thank you, Mr Mathew." "Ru along, kid," he said as I left the class. I saw Jace outside with a group of his friends. I liked the way they laughed together; it made me wish I was one of their friends. This guy Steven approached me; he is my only friend in school. People find it weird because he is in his first year and I'm in my third. but still, we get along nicely. “Hey Steve, how was your day?” “Oh my God, Jessy, it was terrible. My dad made me try blueberries, and as everybody knows that I am deathly lergic, it turns out that I have finally outgrown it and..." He just kept on ranting. I could no longer hear him because I was staring at Jace, as he was just leaning on his locker. Was it just me or did someone turn on a fan behind him because his hair was just flying around as if a steady current of wind was moving from behind him? Then, a lady named Kimberly, who was also in the final grade, said, “We are having a party tonight, and you are not invited." Kimberly said this to Jace, who just laughed and started kissing her. “Earth to Jessy, hello! Are you there?" Jessy snapped my attention away from them. “Sorry, Steve, I got distracted." "Yeah, who wouldn't? Look at him; he's got it all," Steve said, talking about Jace. “Stay for brains, you mean?" I said, and we started laughing. School was over and Steve decided to walk me home. “Here's my stop," I told him as he said, “yeah, it is. Jessy, there is something that I have been meaning to ask you about, but I don't know how you'll take it seeing as you are a grade higher than me." "Steve, we are pals; you can tell me anything." "Okay," he breathes in, “here goes. Would you like to go to prom with me?" "Steve Prom isn't for like another 7 months," I said, surprised. “Yeah, I know it's just that I don't want to wait too long, then someone else is going to ask you, and you say yes, because I know that I don't stand a chance," he explained again. Then I thought about something: why was he even worried about someone else asking me? I was at the school near/weirdo. “I'll go with you," I said, and he smiled. “Yippee, I can't wait," he said excitedly as he started going in the direction of his own house. I went to my front door and opened it, but things didn't seem right. I tried to be as quiet as possible, and when I heard my mom sniff, I got to her, but she didn't see me. Then I noticed that my dad wasn't at home either; she was crying, and it got me worried. “Mom, what's wrong?" I asked her, but she didn't answer me immediately. “Where's dad?" I asked again. “Baby, we are going to be fine without him, okay?" she replied in tears. My heart sank when I saw how much pain my mom was in, but it sank even deeper when I realized what the papers that were in my mom's hand were: divorce papers. Jace's pov I got home from that boring wreck that they call school. I just wanted to cool off, so I was already preparing to head out when I heard my dad on the phone. “Woah woah, Letty, calm down. You know that I'm always going to be here for you, right?" he said as if trying to reassuring her. I was wondering who Letty was. "Dad, I'm heading out," I announced as he was still on the phone. "One moment," he said over the phone, then blocked the receivers end of his phone. "Jace, you just got back from school, and immediately you are heading off to God knows where. "I'm just going to chill out, nothing too dangerous," I said as he just looked at me. "Just go," he said as if I were bothering him, but I could tell that his attention was more in that call than it was on me at the moment, but before I was out of earshot, I still overheard him say, Whatever it is going to cost, I'll handle it okay.". I left the house, hopped on my bike, and headed straight for the party at Kimberly's house. I finally pulled up at the mini-sized mansion, and the scenery was bursting with excitement. A guy ran straight into the pool and jumped in, “Way to go, Cooper!" I yelled with my hands curved around my mouth. In a bid to amplify my voice, I kept on walking, and I saw a group of people dancing. I wanted to feel up to it, so I just went to the area they had set up as the bar and grabbed a beer, just sitting and sipping. Somebody walked up to me and covered my eyes from behind. “You're just sitting, missing out on all the fun when you could've been having the good stuff," a lady-like voice said from behind me. “Kimberly," I said. “Lucky guess, Mr. Romeo," she said as she took her hand off my eyes and hugged me from behind, her hair slightly covering a part of my face. I smiled as I skillfully maneuvered her to come in front of me. I tried kissing her, but she pulled her head backwards. “Too slow, Romeo," she said as she brought her head closer again and I brought mine forward, but yet again she took it backwards, and we both laughed. I noticed that she brought her head forward for a split second, so the moment she was about to bring her head forward, I finally caught her this time. We kept on kissing hungrily as I kept on stroking all over her body. Then there was a commotion: “Kimberly, Kimberly! Your parents are back!" Cooper said as she hurriedly stood up from my lap, “Oh shoot! They weren't supposed to be back until tomorrow at dusk," she said as everyone scurried away, including me.
