Chapter Sixty One

CHAPTER SIXTY ONE

Alessandro pov

To say I was delighted would be an understatement because I didn't expect what Emory said to me even in a million years. I never thought she'd ever think of being with me, not when I've gone after her for years but she kept on saying the same thing to me; telling me she could never see me In that way. I guess I finally won her over with my sweet gestures towards her. Of course I meant them, I just never imagined it would actually soften her heart and make her think of dating me, and I felt like I won the lottery the moment she said she wanted us to date.

I kept on stealing glances at her throughout dinner after we had that wild and satisfying s*x all through the afternoon. She noticed and kept on blushing under my gaze too. I knew she was also ecstatic about our new positions with each other now. I couldn't wait to sever our family ties so we could officially be together. I knew my parents would understand my intentions with Emory, they had to.

We finished dinner and in our excitement, we ran up the stairs and had a shower together then had another round of sweet s*x that drove us to our high over and over….

Its morning already and I'm the first to wake up once the alarm rings. Emory only shifts and goes back to sleep immediately. I turned off the alarm so she won't be disturbed. I just smile to myself as I watch her sleep, she's beautiful and I can't take my eyes off her face, not even for a second… I want us to remain this way for as long as we can, it's like the time should stop for us and we'll relive this moment on and on.

Her eyelid shakes and her eyes slightly open before she closes them again and smiles then opens them fully to look at me

"Good morning" she says in a sleepy voice that I would love to hear every morning from her "good morning, slept well?" I ask her and she nods, her smile still on her face and I give her a peck on her forehead. "Ready for today?" I ask her and she nods before sitting up "yeah, I don't have a choice though. I'm the CEO and Alpha, I've got responsibilities" she replies and I chuckle. She can be hard on herself sometimes, the same way she was three years ago when she asked me to train her and make her a better and perfect version of her old self.

I wouldn't have agreed but there was just something very strong willed about her and she's still that strong willed about everything she does, another thing I love about her… her nonstop drive to want to be better at what she does. I knew she would get that revenge that she's always wanted on Gilbert and I'll always support her and root for her until the end.

"Something's missing" I tell her and she turns to me looking clueless "what's that?" She asks and I smile before pulling her in for a kiss. She smiles against my lips and kisses me back as I suck on her tongue and lips gently, making her sigh against my lips and it sounds like a moan to me. I trail my hand up her body and gently squeeze her breast but she holds my hand and breaks from the kiss "hold on Mr. Alessandro, we've got training and work to do today" she's says breathlessly and I smirk because I know she wants what I'm offering to her just as bad as I want it "but you know you want it" I tell her and she closes her eyes, obviously trying to fight the want raging inside her.

"As much as I do mister, I really have to go to work" she whispers and gives me a quick kiss before she gets off the bed and leaves for the bathroom naked. I feel my d**k harden as I watch her and I look down to see a bulge. I know she's teasing me, I'll follow her to the bathroom and kill my urges. I can't leave the house with a hard-on that she caused. I smile and follow her gingerly into the bathroom, it's going to be a long bath for us both.

She's brushing when I get into the bathroom and I'm glad she hasn't gotten into the shower yet. I take my toothbrush and smear the toothpaste on it then join her and we brush together while sharing glances here and there between us because we know we're still going to have that hot s*x under the shower. I rinse my mouth and watch her as she rinses hers too then she faces me with heated eyes

"I want you Alex" she says and that's all I need to hear as I pull her in for a hungry kiss, I could never get sick of her lips.

From the sink, we find ourselves under the shower and I turn it on while kissing her, letting the water pour on us and making our lips wet as we kiss. My fingers find their way to her core and I push a finger into her, making her gasp against my mouth. She's breathing hard as she stares at me "I want you in my mouth" she tells me and I feel my d**k harden the more but all I want to do is make her feel good this morning so that's what I'm going to do, it's going to be all about her.

"That would be for another time. Now, it's all about you and how I want to make you feel good Emory" I tell and I see her gulp. I'm sure she's wondering what else I want to do to her and oh yes! I bathe her and we're ready for the day. We go back to the room and dress up, I check the time and it's already noon. Emory may probably be mad at me for making her go to work late but I know she knows the time we spent in that bathroom was worth it.

"I want to take you on a date" I tell her once we're at the car park and she looks at me surprised before it morphs into a smile and blush "I didn't expect that, but I'll go on a date with you honey" she tells me and gives me a kiss on my cheek "be ready by 8pm, I'll come get you. You're going to love it" I tell her and she nods

"Noted Mr. Alessandro" she says sexily and opens her car door to get in.

"I love when you call me that" I tell her and she smirks "I'll make sure to add that to the names I'll be calling you then baby" she says and gets Into her car. She starts the engine and drives off after waving at me.

Immediately she's gone, I take my phone out of my pocket and call my assistant, I tell her to clear my schedules for the night and I also instruct her to book one of the finest restaurants for me and Emory's date. After that, I leave for my pack to conduct my businesses too before I'll get ready for I and Emory's date in the night… I'll make sure she loves and enjoy every bit of it.

Emory's pov

I drive into my company's parking lot and turn off my car, then step down and go into my company. Everyone greets me as I pass by and I nod at them until I get to my office where I meet Lucy and Tom there, typing away on their computers. They see me and stand up immediately, then greet me and I smile and nod at them before going into my office.

I get to my table and drop my bag before I start to go through all the reports from the previous day. I arrange all files alphabetically and when I'm done, I notice that the report I requested on the footage from my last party isn't there. I go out and ask my assistants.

"Lucy, Tom, I didn't see the footage report I requested for" I say and Lucy shifts her glasses before she replies. "It's taking a long time to compile from all angles but the technical team assured me that they'll have it ready by tomorrow" she says and I sigh "they'd better be quick, It's really important" I tell her and she nods in understanding before I go back into my office.

I sit in my chair and sigh while I stare up at the ceiling. I'm worried, I won't deny that, I'm really worried about my safety, my pack's safety and how that unknown man came to my party. It didn't seem like he was threatening me, but the way he held my throat tight was not something I should be comfortable with. His statement still played in my mind; that they'd come for me too. Who are they? What do they want from me and why are they even coming for me?

I sigh again and try to clear my head by diving into more office work and records so I won't have the chance or time to think about that incident with the masked man, but it doesn't work. I'm thinking about it more and I'm finding it hard to concentrate on my work. I groaned and dropped my pen, then palmed my face. I need that footage so I can watch it and get a clear view of all that happened that night, but it's not ready. I have no choice but to wait. I'll try my best and keep my feelings in check on my date with Alessandro tonight.

A lot has happened since the party and it includes finally starting my revenge on Gilbert; I felt satisfied and elated to see the pain on his face when I spewed those harsh words at him and I will say more to break him down the more. It gives me a special kind of high that makes me energized and complete… he should know though that I've just begun with him and he won't see me coming.

I smirk at my thoughts and I realize I'm getting the other worrying thoughts out of my mind.

I remember Alessandro and our encounter this morning in the bathroom and my face turns crimson. I loved it and I don't regret deciding to date him. I'm going to sever the adoption with his parents and we can officially be together, it would be the talk of our packs but I don't care what people say, I only do what I want and I never regret it.

I'm going to talk about the footage with him and how my conscience and Goldie keep warning me to be ready in case of an attack that'll come unexpectedly. I know he'll support me and help me through the preparation… he's always been the best.

I check the time as I count the hours left to our date. I can't wait to see what he has planned for me.
