Jamal took a while before he finally answered.
“I’m not really sure. I don’t have information about that yet but I know someone who does” I didn’t get to ask who did before he added “Alpha Gilbert of the blood moon pack”
“That f*****g prick. He was behind this too?”
“No” Anya spoke for the first time since we began this topic. “He wasn’t behind it! He knew and for reasons, he didn’t tell you when he found out but began making research on his own while he subtly fight Leonardo”
“Okay, this is confusing. Gilbert knew who my assaulter was and instead of telling me he went ahead to make further research and fight on my behalf?” I asked. Anya, Jamal, and Ruby nodded in affirmative.
“Why? Isn’t he supposed to be like a future son-in-law to Frenchwood?”
