"What is that? You can tell me" Brandon said, his voice soft and filled with comfort.
"I think she was punished" She replied, and my face turned pale. I was disappointed.
"Punished?" Brandon asked. "What do you mean by that? If she was indeed punished, then that is a normal thing. Cece has the authority and power to punish the servants if they do anything wrong or bad."
"What if Maris didn't do anything, but she is just punishing her for no reason?" I asked.
