Shania’s POV
Time flies so fast and I noticed that I was able to stay in the big city for almost a week and currently, unemployed. I am sitting beside the window of this rusty, old apartment within the city. I am just too lucky there’s a room left for me. Although space is a bit pitiful and unsatisfying, I would rather stay here to collect new memories for my new self.
I decided to take a quick shower and from the usual bathtub and shower moments, the not-so-ideal place for a bathroom encouraged me to finish it right away. A dead cockroach gave me a mini-heart attack when I tried to reach for my towel. The tiny body of this pest that was turned upside down gave me a creepy feeling.
