“You’ll be fine, okay? I will take care of Caelen. You can take a break for a day.” I said in my reassuring tone. Duke gave me a weary look but I can say he’s quite relieved this time.
“Thanks, Shan. I will never forget everything.”
After eating that hearty late lunch, we’re able to go back to the hospital and we’re currently walking on the hallway going to Caelen’s room when I stopped walking.
