Episode 2: The Deal Is Sealed The private jet sliced through the clouds, glinting silver under the African sun. Jessica sat by the window, sunglasses on, bored expression masking the storm beneath. Jessica: “South Africa, huh? Let’s see what kind of devils live here.” Below, the land stretched wide and wild, a blend of luxury and danger. The Khumalos ruled it all—wealth, weapons, and fear. At the airport, black SUVs waited. Men in suits stood like statues. One stepped forward, expression unreadable. Bodyguard: “Miss Moretti. The boss is expecting you.” Jessica: “He’d better be. I don’t do second introductions.” The convoy rolled through Johannesburg’s heart—past skyscrapers, shanties, and gold towers that touched the sky. Soon, they arrived at the Khumalo Mansion, a palace guarded like a fortress. Inside, marble floors gleamed. Power radiated from every corner. At the end of the grand hall stood Jayden Khumalo—tall, dangerously handsome, dark eyes that burned like storm clouds. Jayden: “So this is the woman my father bought for me.” Jessica met his gaze, unflinching. Jessica: “And you’re the spoiled prince who thinks he owns me.” For a moment, silence. Then, somewhere deep within Jayden’s chest, his beast growled—recognizing something it couldn’t explain.
