I really didn't want to get into a fight with this man. It was clear he was just trying to save his daughter and protect her now.
He instantly shifted when he realized I was like him. "Who are you?"
I shifter back. "My name is Rosie Timberland. My mom is Delilah."
"You're Kane's pup?"
I nodded. "Yeah, I guess you could say that. It's still pretty new to me."
