Unwanted mate

Oh Hell

    I realized that i forgot my history book and with my teacher deciding that we had to write a essay , as I approached my locker of course Tiffany was there , I stopped before getting too close and watched as she slide a note into the top of the locker that was right next to mine, interesting , why the heck is she writing notes to Roger? hmmm, I am definitely going to have to mention this to Eleanor . as soon as Tiffany left I rushed over to my locker grabbed my book and headed back outside to meet up with my sister and Eleanor. of course Amy was still not there , Eleanor was sitting on the rock that is at the bottom of the stairs looking at her phone . I walked up and I was about to mention Tiffany's strange letter or whatever it was she had put into Rogers locker, but as soon as I approached her Amy walked around the corner , she had changed out of her cheerleader outfit and was in some skinny jeans and a crop top. 

    alright here we go " hey Amy"  I greeted my twin,  "omg , is that what you wore to school today?" she looked at me with disgust, " really Tina could you not find anything to wear that fit you?" she rolled her eyes . I felt myself blushing and getting frustrated with her and regretting inviting her. "well yea as you know I was running late and it fit before it got washed , I guess it shrank or something" I stumbled to explain . Eleanor jumped in " well obviously it shrank, it happens to me all the time , its super annoying I hate that" , I gave her a grateful look. Amy just looked smug. "alright lets go before anyone see's that i am hanging out with you, today has not been my day and I really do not need to add to it by people thinking that I have decided my sister is now my best friend" I roll my eyes of course she could not been seen with me that would mean she was actually my sister and we can't have that. we all climb into her BMW and head to the village .

    Once we arrive I can tell we are all happy to get out of the car, it had been a  super awkward car ride with no one saying much at all , " alright you want to get our nails done first or look for a outfit first ? Eleanor asked . Amy looked impatient , " lets just get our nails done , and then we can figure out what the heck you guys are going to wear tonight" she stated , we start heading towards the nail places when I finally remember that we never called Emily to see if she was wanting to join us , oh well its not like I really wanted to deal with her snottiness anyways and she was really Eleanors friend not mine. besides I doubt that Amy would want more witnesses to see that she was actually spending time with us . walking up to rose nail salon I walk inside to let them know there are three of us who want to get our nails done and check how long it will be , the girl who is at the front is super sweet and says that it will be around 20 mins for us to have some free seats and we can hangout in the lobby until they are ready, we all sit and I decide now is as good as a time as any to try to get information about Roger for Eleanor, plus this is going to be a  super uncomfortable couple of hours if we are not even talking to each other. I clear my throat to get Amy's attention " So Amy , what are your thoughts on Rogers sudden interest in Eleanor , and do you think its interesting that he has decided to be normal with her and not his normal kind of ass self" . She looks at me and I can tell that she's thinking about the situation and my question. "well actually I am not sure , I do know that he seems to actually like you Eleanor, he was saying something about having this feeling of being drawn to you and he has never felt like that before" She said biting her bottom lip watching Eleanors reaction. "So that was the other question we were going to ask you Amy, any clue what the feeling could be , i had the exact same reaction to him like he is the most amazing person i have ever seen and I need to be around him. have you found your mate yet or have you had that feeling like that to anyone before?" Eleanor asked . 

    "what??, no, really Tina you don't think i would have told you if I had found my mate?" Amy looked hurt that I had even thought that she would not have told me. " well Amy its not like we have been super close or anything , you don't even want to be in the same room as me" I could not help but sound hurt . I looked up and looked around the salon making sure that we were not causing a commotion , I really did not need any of the older pack members to over hear our conversation, even with Roger being the next alfa we still had to look like a close family when out in settings with the older pack members , luckily for us no one seemed to have been paying much attention to them. " what about you Tina , have you found your unlucky mate?" she asked knowing full well that there was no way that even if I had found my mate they would not have rejected the bond right away. we all know as werewolves that having your bond rejected was the most painful thing that could happen, it was like having your soul ripped in half. this is p=most of why I am terrified of finding my mate especially if it with anyone from our pack. . "yea , no it has not happened , I am sure you and all of your friends can not wait for my misery though"  I said miserably . Eleanor looked like she felt awful for me . even Amy looked like she felt bad , we all knew that I was right. . "hey Tina you know that if they are your mate is really your mate he will accept you no matter what right? he can't reject the bond without hurting himself too right?" Eleanor asked . "yea I know , I just wish that , never mind" I responded . just then the nail techs were ready for us so I had a mini chance to change the subject and  not worry about them feeling bad for me . soon enough we were done with out nails though and had headed back outside to go to hunt for cloths that would not make me look horrible .
