My solidarity with the Georgian led to a stable friendly alliance. Prisoner’s respect reinforced with age difference. I tried to please the old man as I could and he, in his turn, taught me, a young man, inexperienced in prison life, gave me wise advice. A man whose spirit is free differs greatly from an imprisoned person. You can see it by his way of thinking, his speech and actions. It was the action that did not make us wait for too long.
