Everyone worked together to hold Anna down firmly on the ground, making sure to leave enough space for Charlie and George. Charlie handed a bottle of vodka to Benjamin, saying, "Anna hasn't had enough to drink yet. Let her keep drinking. The wound has been disinfected, and we need to stitch it up quickly!"
Trembling, Benjamin took the vodka and held one of Anna's hands, whispering comforting words in her ear. Anna continued to drink, hoping to ease her pain and not hinder Charlie and George in their work.
After disinfecting the wound, Charlie took out a medical swab to clean all the dirt around it, ensuring there were no contaminants nearby. Meanwhile, George prepared the needle and thread.
