“Nice place,” Russ said, looking around the club. “More upscale than most. I feel underdressed.” “You’re fine,” Jake replied, nodding to the men at the tables, most of who were in jeans and regular shirts. He and Russ wore T-shirts, instead, but nice ones. “Let’s get something to drink and see if we can find anyone who recognizes our man.” When they got to the bar, Russ decided he’d had enough beer for the night and asked for water with a twist of lemon. “Going teetotaler on me?” Jake asked, lifting an eyebrow. “It’s that or you carry me back to the car.
