Chapter 6
Jake called Gail the first thing Sunday morning. She told him she did have an identi-kit program and she was willing to do what he needed, “As long as it’s not before noon, and we meet at my office.”
Jake was fine with that, scheduled it for twelve-thirty, and made the necessary calls to let everyone know and give them her address.
The last person he got in touch with was Alex. After Jake filled him in on what had happened the previous evening and about Gail, Alex asked, “When you have the picture, will it be enough for you to find the bastard, and Alan?”
“I’m going to give it and what information I have to the police,” Jake told him. “Then it’ll be out of my hands.”
