Adrian had been in Nightfall territory attending to border disputes with a neighboring pack, the kind of tedious diplomatic work that required his full attention and patience, when his phone buzzed with a message from Caelan that stopped him.
‘Seraphina Vale exposed her publicly. Faculty in emergency session. Kael was here last night.’
Adrian excused himself from the meeting without further explanation.
