Chapter 9: James
This time as Morgan drove north he was alone. Megan had gone back to school for the fall trimester. Morgan’s thoughts ranged from high anticipation to be returning to Agawa and finding out more about James and the prophecy, to sadness at leaving his past life behind. He’d had a comfortable life with the O’Connors with no extreme anxieties. His years with Nate had gone smoothly. The only exception had been his inability to express his feelings for the man.
Now he was embarking on a path that was unfamiliar and daunting. He still had no clear idea as to what would be expected of him as White Wolf, protector of Wolf Clan.
