Morgan sat in his car at a city park. It was located just outside a small town on the route Nate took from his home to the university they’d attended until this past spring. Morgan’s parents would drive him there. Nate would pick Morgan up, and they’d drive the rest of the way to school together. Sitting in that parking lot now, remembering waiting for Nate’s red Mustang to appear, and the thrill that went through Morgan’s body when it did, triggered a cascade of memories.
Morgan thought of the day they’d met at a fraternity rush party. He remembered his immediate attraction to the big, handsome guy with the ready smile and deep, infectious laugh. The attraction had been mutual and that very night Morgan and Nate had slept together in Nate’s dorm room, his roommate being gone for the week
