It was past midnight in a dark night. I walked down a dark pathway, finally managing to find my planned destination after searching for a quite some time. I glanced around me one last time before I opened the secret door that seemingly led to an infinite number of stairs.
I threw my heavy suitcase off my shoulder, in order to go down those stairs a little easier. A wood cracking sound echoed through the whole alley just as I stepped on the first step since they was old and disintegrated. While I was climbing down the stairs I heard some whispers and murmurs from the underground, clarifying that I wasn't alone down here. Someone must've entered this place before me.
