“Ruben, can I have the blanket inside the bag?” Elena asked. Ruben hands her the blanket and Elena covers the baby and herself. We all know she was breastfeeding. Mom smiles at this and we all continue to eat. Mom and dad asked the warriors questions and got to know them. They didn’t say anything about being the Elite Warriors and I understood why. Too many people already knew about them. It’s better not to say more. I was glad to see that everyone was happy and getting along. Mom even held Stella. When Uriel finished feeding him, Elena burps him. Uriel grabs one of Elena’s earrings but she removes his little hands. I watched as Elena cradles Uriel and gently taps his chin, earning a toothless smile from our son.
“Look at my handsome young man”, Elena coos, making Uriel smile
