“Good.” He closes his eyes, shifting a bit, his arms tight around me.
“Sam?” I call softly and he hums in response.
“I like you.” I tell him and I feel his chest vibrate with laughter.
“Are you only now figuring that out? If so then it’s quite disappointing.” I smile into his chest.
