Graduation was quickly coming up, and although I was excited, I was also in full panic mode. Great to say that the school attacks had ceased, but I was always on the receiving end of Macy’s glares when we did cross paths in school. Samuel and I were still as strong as ever, and every day I felt myself becoming someone else, someone I wanted to be. However, as empowering as that was, failing high school would only be a setback, it also wasn’t an option.
