“Please… give me one more week,” I begged, my voice shaking as I stood in the middle of the dimly lit room. The air smelled of expensive cigars and danger. My heart was beating so loudly I was sure everyone could hear it.Three men sat across from me, their faces cold, unreadable… merciless.“One week?” one of them repeated slowly, leaning back in his chair. “Do you really think this is a game?”I swallowed hard, my fingers trembling as I clutched my bag tighter.“My father is sick… he just needs more time. I promise we’ll pay everything back.”The men exchanged looks, then suddenly burst into quiet laughter. Not amused laughter.Mocking laughter.“You don’t understand your situation,” another man said, his voice dropping dangerously low. “This is not about time anymore.”My stomach twisted painfully.“Then… what is it about?” I whispered.Silence fell over the room like a heavy storm. The man in front leaned forward, resting his elbows on the table, his eyes locking onto mine like a predator watching its prey.“It’s about consequences.”My breath hitched.“Your father borrowed money from the wrong people,” he continued. “And now… he can’t pay.”I knew that already. But hearing it like this… made it real.Terrifyingly real.“We can find a way,” I said quickly, panic rising in my chest. “I can work, I can—”“Work?” he cut me off with a cold smile. “Do you know how much he owes?”I froze.I didn’t.“It’s not something a girl like you can pay back in ten lifetimes.”My legs felt weak.“Then what do you want from us?”The room went quiet again.Too quiet.Something was wrong.Very wrong. And then—The door opened.Every single man in the room stood up immediately. The atmosphere changed in an instant.Fear. Respect. Power. It filled the space so heavily that I could barely breathe.I slowly turned around…And saw him.He walked in like he owned the world.Tall. Sharp. Untouchable. His dark suit fit him perfectly, every step he took calm, controlled… deadly. But it wasn’t his appearance that made my heart stop.It was his eyes.Cold.Empty.Dangerous.The kind of eyes that had seen too much… done too much.“Boss,” the men greeted him respectfully.Boss? My breath caught in my throat. He didn’t respond. His gaze was already on me.And it felt like I was being stripped apart… layer by layer… without him even touching me.“This is her?” he asked calmly. His voice was low, smooth… but carried a terrifying authority.“Yes,” one of the men replied. “The debtor’s daughter.”My hands clenched.Debtor’s daughter. That’s all I was to them.He took a step closer. Then another. Each step made my heart race faster.I wanted to move.To run.But my feet refused to listen. He stopped right in front of me.Too close.“Look at me,” he said softly. My eyes lifted slowly, meeting his.Big mistake.I felt like I was falling into darkness.“How much does he owe?” he asked without looking away.“A lot,” someone answered. “Enough to erase them completely.”Silence.My heartbeat echoed in my ears. And then…He spoke.“I’ll pay it.”

Chapter 2: Taken by Him (Edited Version)
I couldn’t breathe. His words echoed in my head like a death sentence. “From today on… you are mine.” My heart slammed violently against my chest as I stumbled back, my entire body trembling. “No…” I whispered. “This can’t be happening.” This had to be a nightmare. But the cold, merciless look in his eyes told me otherwise. He wasn’t joking. He wasn’t asking. He was deciding. “You don’t get to refuse,” he said calmly, as if he were discussing something completely ordinary. My fists clenched at my sides. “I’m not something you can buy!” I snapped, anger suddenly replacing my fear. The room fell into silence. The men around us froze, clearly shocked by my words. But he… He didn’t react the way I expected. Instead, a faint, dangerous smile curved his lips. “Everything has a price,” he said quietly. His voice was soft… yet filled with power. With control. The kind that made it impossible to argue back. “Not me,” I said stubbornly, even though my voice trembled. He took a step closer. Instinctively, I stepped back— Until my back hit the cold wall behind me. Trapped. My breath caught as he leaned closer, his presence overwhelming… suffocating. “Your father’s life says otherwise,” he murmured. My heart stopped. “W-what?” He straightened, his expression turning cold once again. “You have two choices,” he said. “One…” He raised a finger slowly. “You refuse. And your father pays the price.” My vision blurred instantly. No… “Two…” His gaze locked onto mine, leaving no room for escape. “You come with me. And his debt disappears.” Tears filled my eyes before I could stop them. This wasn’t a choice. This was a trap. A cruel, suffocating trap. “You’re forcing me,” I whispered. “No,” he corrected calmly. “I’m offering you a solution.” I hated him. In that moment, I truly hated him. But I hated myself even more… because I knew I had no choice. My father… He was all I had left. I closed my eyes tightly, taking a shaky breath. Then slowly… I nodded. “Good,” he said. Just one word. Cold. Final. As if my fate had already been sealed. Before I could say anything else, he turned away, as if the matter was already finished. “Take her,” he ordered. My eyes widened. “Wait—what?” Two men immediately stepped forward. Panic shot through my body. “No! I said I’ll go, I can walk—” “I don’t repeat myself,” he said without even looking back. And just like that… My world changed. Minutes later, I found myself outside, the cold night air hitting my face. But it didn’t help. Nothing could calm the storm inside me. A black luxury car stood waiting—something I had only ever seen in movies. One of the men opened the door. “Get in.” I hesitated. My hands trembled. If I got in… There would be no turning back. Ever. “Move,” the man snapped impatiently. I flinched… then slowly stepped inside. The door closed behind me with a heavy, final sound. Trapping me inside my new reality. A few seconds later… He entered. Sitting right beside me. The space instantly felt too small. Too tight. Too dangerous. I shifted slightly, trying to create distance. But it was useless. His presence filled the entire car. “Where are you taking me?” I asked, my voice barely above a whisper. He didn’t answer immediately. Instead, he calmly adjusted his cuff, as if my question didn’t matter. “Home,” he finally said. A chill ran down my spine. Home? His home. The car started moving. And with every passing second… I felt my old life slipping further and further away. I turned my head slightly, stealing a glance at him. His face was calm. Too calm. As if none of this mattered to him at all. As if taking someone’s life… was just another business deal. “Why me?” I asked suddenly. This time, he looked at me. Really looked at me. And for a brief moment… Something unreadable flashed in his eyes. “Because you’re useful,” he said simply. My chest tightened painfully. Useful. That’s all I was. Not a person. Not a human being. Just… something he could use. I looked away quickly, biting my lip to stop the tears. I wouldn’t cry in front of him. I refused to give him that satisfaction. But deep inside… I knew one thing for sure. I had just stepped into a world I could never escape from. And the man sitting beside me… Was the most dangerous mistake of my life.
