"Alison? You are Alison, right? "I have seen your file." If Asher hadn't held me up, I would have fallen down butt first. We checked several times, we were absolutely positive that there was no one around. My instincts may have been wrong because I was new to this wolfing thing, but I refuse to believe that Asher had failed to detect this man's presence. If I wasn't positive the voice I had heard earlier was female, I would have pinned it on him.
